I bought a new dryer, however I did not know it didn't come with a power cord. It would have been nice to have been informed of that. What good is a dryer without a power cord?

I'm an older lady shopper and I often need help with items in tools and hardware. Today I needed a drill that could run an 8/16's drill bit ( I also needed the drill bit). The young man at the store gave me a clear review of the drills on site that would do the job and I purchased a nice DEWALT drill and a 8/16's drill bit. I also picked up an additional drill bit set to go with my new drill. I always find good help at my local store #6369.

We have a terrific store here on Fleming Island. It's clean, neat and well stocked. I especially love that I can look up an item on Homedepot.com and find its exact location in the store before I go.

Cannot find any help in this store ordered six hundred worth of materials and they cannot seem to give me what I have paid for for over thirty min... I do not understand I am sitting here beyond frustrated wondering if I should just ask for my money back and go to Lowe's if I would have done that first I would already have my material... This is taking way to long

Home Depot is great. I like it when I can get what I need because of all the help in Hardware James and Sally are very noliageble of hardware and how to fix things. Speedy check outs are great also. Home Depot needs more people on registers.

This is THE nicest Home Depot location I have ever frequented. The store is always spotless, well-stocked and I have never met an employee who was not extremely knowledgable and helpful. Fantastic customer service and products.

Thanks Home Depot- We had alot of items to get today and in every single department that we visited we had helpful friendly service. Service that was provided from employees that really seemed to want to help! That is not always easy to find in this hectic society. Really appreciate it.
