I buy from this place exclusively I have a 100% Home Depot house. Every piece of material and tool came from the Florence Al store.

We found a really great deal on an outdoor table and chairs set. Karen was so nice and helpful! Chris was helpful as well, helping my husband load it into our truck.

We were approached by several employees asking if we needed help. Once we decided on a purchase the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had to place order thru store on line and pay almost 400 dollars for item then when I went to pick up and get box home noticed box had already been opened and retaped , attic fan is missing main parts to connect , I called store immediately they said I would have to order another one and pay again and wait for 5 to 10 days to receive ,even the fan blade itself was on backwards and there is no directions are any kind of info booklet inside the box . this is terrible to order something that supposed to be new and arrive in this kind of manner and already paid for .

Having shopped at many Home Depot’s as well as there counterparts, the store in Florence , Al was far more stocked than any store I have seen. The outdoor selection of plants and veggies far outward any other I have been to. We travel an hour from Tennessee just to shop here. The staff was phenomenal!

Home Depot has the associates other companies wish for. They were friendly...courteous...engaged...and available

I bought a Ryobi drill as almost a year ago and had a very rare Ryobi tool failure. They readily exchange it for a new one. Great service and they back up what they sell.

Management here will find you the right price with the consideration of apples to apples and oranges to oranges. (Not sacrificing quality)

Took a chance on a paint color from 2014, they were there to go over and beyond the call of duty to assist me with the exact same color. Yes, I was happy and excited when I left. Thanks again for a job well done.

I used to stop at this Home Depot along with another big box home improvement store when I was in town and/or needed to go to town for supplies. Occasionally the other place had a little better price, usually because of brand difference. I had at least a couple of encounters at the other place with some rude and/or unhelpful employees. I no longer go to the other place unless I simply can't, on a rare occasion, find what I need at this Home Depot. The selection is good, prices competitive, everything tidy, and the employees extremely polite and helpful without hovering.

Make sure you have your receipt whenever you go in to do a return. If you ask them to use your credit card to look up the transaction, the lady at the counter acts like you stole the item you’re trying to return. So I’ll wait until I’m through remodeling And carry all the returns back at once. With all the receipts. I don’t ever wanna have to deal with her more than once again in my life.

Kay in kitchens was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a farm sink and a pedestal sink for the powder room. She knew a lot of details and kept me out of trouble. I cannot thank her enough.

Went in to purchase a dishwasher. Both dishwashers I was interested in were out of stock. After ordering dishwasher, I’m paying for it I What’s told I was charged a delivery fee. When I ask why I would be paying a delivery fee. I was told it was because it was out of stock because of their big black Friday saleand even though it’s coming to the store, I had to pay to have them deliver it to the store.

Not giving store credit without receipt makes me afraid of purchasing anything. I have one item at home that cost 60.00 dollars misplaced my receipt and they just will not take back or give store credit

The team all around have bin helpful and continue support after the sale

I bought this toolbox for my wife. She is going to use it in her sewing/craft room for storage and a workbench. I would love to have a 42” blue matte top and roll around combo heavy duty tool box if you could come by one.😂

I went in for a Christmas tree on Black Friday and Greg helped me out from the beginning to taking my product and putting it in my car. He was awesome.

I shop this store alot and it is consistently clean, organized, well staffed and friendly location. The Team has a mutual comradeity that is rare in retail these days. I purchased a Kitchen Aid double oven in May. First one defective and they replaced. Replacement defective and they refused to replace and almost 6 months and no repair. Have to turn off at breaker box. Top oven has errors too.

Over the top service. If you want to buy products and meet friendly people then shop at Home Depot.

Having several HD Stores in varying markets that I trade at on a regular basis as a reference, this is an outsiders obvservation. This is a smaller store than I'm used to, but the inventory seems to be good for the size of the community and the mix of products seems appropriate for the market. The employees are all very friendly and helpful and I never had issues finding help. On 2 occasions, I did experience inaccuracy of their inventory counts online. The process and training for online pickup (pre-paid orders) could use some improvement and likely more training at this store. I suspect this location does not see a lot of online transactions as a lot of the community is not a technology apt.

Every one of the employees is so friendly and helpful.

Place has no cashiers and they want to send a survey that I didn’t agree too just to ask me how my visit and checkout was…..Home Depot no more! Local hardware from now on!!

The salesman was very helpful and showed interest in what I wanted.
