This store is extremely organized and the employees actually ask you if you need help.

I was looking a equipment rental item which I was not seeing outside the store. When I went to the rental desk inside he had the item I needed and gave the details I needed to know in a quick, concise and pleasant manner. I also had some basic gardening items to pick which went easily as well.

(sorry for the sarcasm - it's just your competitors in our area don't seem to understand this concept. That is one reason why we will drive out of our way to come to you instead of going somewhere else that is actually closer to our home)

My best experience is an older man who works in the paint department. Any time that I have had questions, he has been able to answer them. That's why I only get my paint from here and nowhere else. I want someone who knows what they are talking about.

The store has great selection of quality products at competitive prices, Good value. What sets it above its competitors are the friendly, cheerful, helpful employees; and the cleanliness and organization of the store.

The associates are always helpful and knowledgeable, sometimes to a fault. I drive past two of the competitor's stores to shop here because of that.

Overall I have had very good experience with this store. I am always greeted when I walk in and associates always ask me if I need anything. Merchandise is always easy to find.

I had a recent e pertinence with Lowes during a tv advertisement for sample paints for .99 cents. No mention f while supplies last etc in the ad, went to Lowes, they said they were out, out of jars for me to request a sample in, and their chalkboard paint was 22.00 plus or minus a few cents. The female sales associate was really rude about them being out of jars when I inquired asking for a regular prices sample. Stating very hatefully that it was a "while supplies last" thing, keep in mind the tv ad I saw later that day said nothing about "while supplies last" ......So I went to Home Depot , I not only purchased a few oops paints in sample sizes for .50 cents each which was fine with me as I use the for craft and gardening projects and also got my chalkboard paint for half the price Lowes had it for! The associate was pleasant, Hapy and more than helpful! Way to go Home Depot! Oh and Lowes......take a hike! Forever!
