This is a very clean store, and helpful employees. They are well trained in products and are wiling to find assistance if what I am looking for is either not their department or they do not have a clear understanding of the product. It is good that Home Depot takes time to properly train their employees on new products and keep them up to date on their products. Also it is great that they do not try to force customers to purchase items that they do not want or need just to help their bottom line. Thank you.

Almost every department in my Home Depot in Florence, SC knows me and welcomes me every time I go (which is very often). This makes me feel like your employees truly care and go out of their way to speak to me. I never have to ask for anything as someone is always checking on me.

The store is well stock and I can get most anything I need. Sometimes the help seems a bit sparse but the layout of the store is pretty self-explanatory.

This was the most enjoyable hardware visit I have had in a long time. Knowledgeable and friendly associates, who were always available to answer questions when you need help. We “were” Lowes Shoppers, but you had to chase down their associates to get any help. In your store, your associates were constantly welcoming us, and offering assistance in every department. Thanks to your friendly staff, we will be loyal Home Depot Shoppers in the future. Thank you to all at Florence for such a wonderful experience!

This store is great and we need one in Sumter South Carolina just like it. TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND TIME WASTED TRAVELING TO FLORENCE OR COLUMBIA WHEN YOU NEED TO PICK SOMETHING UP WHILE WORKING ON A PROJECT.

I have always been a Lowe's shopper; however, I recently purchased my second home and this residence was in serious need of repairs. I was recently short on funds and was in need of a different method of paying for such repairs. Little did I know that Home Depot accepts PayPal. This was a big relief! This was also very easy to handle. In the short months that I have lived here, I have purchased a water heater and parts, a fence with installation, gutters, and various other repair needs. All of this, I would not have been able to do if PayPal was not available. Thanks Again!

We have made two trips to Home Depot this week, and both times we found the store associates to be extremely helpful and personable. They definitely made our experience smoother, and ensured our continued patronage at the Home Depot in Florence SC!

We were always loyal Lowes shoppers until we moved to Florence, SC and the Home Depot was closer to our home. We absolutely LOVE this store and everyone is friendly and eager to help you find what you need. We've also visited the local Lowes a few times but I won't step foot in there again. Horrible customer service, no one can be bothered to help you and the store isn't the cleanest or most organized. Will stick with Home Depot from here on out! Great store, great people, great prices.

I have had nothing but great experiences every time I have been in the Florence Home Depot. The associates are so helpful and so friendly and seem very knowledgeable in their areas. Definitely a good source for us DIY kind of folks. Great job guys!!! Love the products, prices and friendly service.

STORE ASSOCIATES HAVE NO CLUE TO PRODUCTS, STORE DIDNT CARRY WHAT I WANTED, MOST ASSOCIATES JUST MULL AROUND TALKING ON CELL PHONES

Anytime I enter into the Home Depot the aisle and areas are not cluttered. In truly enjoy walking through the garden center and looking at the plants and flowers. Shopping a the Home Depot is great and the prices are lower than at other stores who sell the same products.

We had great help from Derod, he helped us look for what we needed and price matched! The only downfall was they didn't carry calcium hardness for the pool. We had to go to the Summerville store to get it.

I don't know anything about these new refrigerators. As an older lady, I needed someone to guide me through the process of what I need and don't need in a refrigerator. June worked with me twice until I made up my mind. It was a VERY easy and good experience for me. I am more than satisfied with this transaction.
