I am happy with the help and service I got at Home Depot

I needed keys made for a home nearby and I was in a great hurry. The gentleman, ALVIN, was kind, considerate and helpful. That's why I appreciated shopping at this Home Depot on Florin Rd in Sacramento, CA.

She help me to apply a home depot credit card and I got $100 off

This store has everything I need and I get help finding what I cant find.

I was ringing up items in self checkout and came in touch with a rude, unfriendly, judgmental employee. She looked in my basket and then proceeded to go through the screen and looking at items in my basket. There were other people who were ringing up items and did not have any issues with this same employee looking at items and the register to see if they had rang up all their items. I felt I was profiled and treated unfairly. I am a frequent customer and have a credit card with Home Depot. I will not be shopping at this location, where they have poor customer service. That employee should be behind the scenes and not have any customer interaction. She needs to learn how to give great customer service because without customers she would not have a job. DO NO SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!

Employees here chit chat with each other and do their best to avoid customers. Today's experience was horrible. Never going back to Florin Home Depot! Will pass it to shop at Meadowview. Approached self check, Maria P was there. Asked her to sanitize the station so we can use it. She goes and answers the phone. She was on the phone for awhile so I proceeded to her and asked her for the sanitizing stuff, she told me to wait...she asks the other girl at the register if she sent someone on break? The girl said no, Maria P then says, what the f word is she talking about then? They continue to chat about the other person's break. I interrupt and said I need to check out and if she had sanitizing stuff. She looks around and unable to find it. Then, she passes me to go and scan another customers item at the self check. I said, hello? I was here first and you're not helping us? My Husband is irate at this point and asks for the supervisor. Aaliya came over and after I told her about Maria P's unwillingness to help us sanitize the station so we can check out, she apologized and helped us wipe down the station with the wipes that Maria P found and just left it there on the counter so we can wipe it down ourself? Good thing Aaliya wiped it down for us. Anyways, as I'm scanning ALL OF OUR ITEMS, one on the items had a QR Code reader so the scanner picked it up and told us it wasn't scanned and to rescan it which we did and here comes REZA who treated us like we were thieves. She asked what we scanned before the boxes? I told her it was the trash bag, she said well you didn't scan the trash bag. I'm like are you kidding me and I pointed to the screen where it said trash bag. Then, she said oh, well how many boxes did you scan? I said 10, and counted it out on the screen where it showed 10! I said did you want to count it? She then did her thing and said we were done. I felt very uncomfortable with this transaction and I felt like we were treated like thieves. My Husband said leave all the stuff and let's go to Meadowview. But, I said no we're already here, it's over $120 worth of stuff we needed which were moving supplies and garden stuff. I should've listened to my Husband because this store did not deserve a penny from us! I regret giving this store our money. From what I see, your employees Maria P and Reza have bad customer service. I figured it's ghetto there but that's no excuse for bad behavior, using curse word in front of customers, or treat your customers like criminals. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Employees MARIA P & REZA! You lost a customer and home owner because of Maria P and Reza. I will also now tell my family and friends to avoid your store. Word of mouth goes a long way.

The paint staff and appliance staff are so awesome and helpful. Josha in appliances was super helpful I was blown away with the great customer service.

The store was neat & clean. The staff was accommodating to all of my building needs.

Bryan in Pro Services was very helpful in placing my order. He even saved me $170 by recommending I sign up for the Pro Rewards. I have had to call a couple times because of questions on my order and he recognized my # and that I was calling in. He did a great job!!!

Assistant Manager Korina is very helpful! She went above my expectations to fix a problem that I caused. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful! I expected a battle but was very surprised that she wanted to help! Her and her staff members, Veronica, Erica, and Deonica are all the reasons why I would go back to that location! Thank you all and stay safe!

The store puts the Beyond Bright on a lighting aisle. It was visibly seen. Paint products such as primer, reducer, paint, and clear are not visibly seen inside the store. There is no Specialty Reducer for sale in store as well as on-line.

The workers are awesome

This store is kind of restricted in product availability relative to other Home Depot stores due to its size. The reason for Excellent rating is that employees are always willing to help and they immediately seek help if they don't know the answer. Employees are also always VERY nice and polite. I am a disabled person and no scooter was available and one of them even encouraged me to walk the extra distance. That really stuck in my head. She didn't dismiss situation by saying "It's only over there..." When I was forced to use a shopping cart as a walker, she said "You know you can do this, I know you can."

Manager and staff have great attitude and will to assit you or find a staff member that can help. Store Manager on the floor and has interactions with customers.

Victor and Abdu from the Floor department are excellent and very helpful. But other time, it is hard to get any help.

I usually find what I need in this store. It is so important to me that I get good customer service because I spend a lot of money there. If I get bad service I will go somewhere else. I get that great customer service when I come in contact with SUSAN who works in the PAINT AREA. She is so knowledgeable and goes well above and beyond to assist myself and other customers. THANK YOU SUSAN.

Store was unkept and mostly disorganized at 10am, imagine at 5pm, reflecting on the local demographics and obviously the staff. Need to do a better presentation.

Your assistant store manager was extremely rude and refused to try to help me over the phone on an error by the store clerk who triple charged my credit card. Because of Corona-virus I feel very uncomfortable visiting the store where many customers and some employees do not wear masks. I am sure this matter could have been easily resolved over the phone. Instead, the assistant manage refused to investigate the matter and insulted me by hanging up the phone. As a result I will contact the general manager of the store on Monday and air my grievances as well as filing a claim with the credit card company, which I am sure will cause additional lost time with your employee(s). Also, I promise you, I will never, ever return to this store again and am seriously considering never buying from any Home Depot for any reason.

I am a big fan of the garden products and love to always find new pots for my plants. It's very easy and convenient to shop here as the employees are very nice in helping you find what you need. I would recommend this store if you like to plant.

The store is always open. Employees seem to enjoy working there. They are always around. Get the impression they like their work thinking they know their job and their boss is fair. Good attitudes. I understand Home Depot is a good compAny to work for and it show s in the employees attitude.

It Was A Quick In & Out & Very Helpfull Workers That Help U Out Quickly & Fast

I really enjoy this store so very much. The pro sale cashiers are awesome !!! They know me by my name and address me as such. The new assistant manager ( short dark haired man with glasses ) rocks because he is keeping the employees in line and making sure the customers are satisfied Way better store !!!

Employees are super friendly and helpful! I couldn’t have felt more appreciated, like I was the most important person in the store! The Returns desk was especially A-MAZ-ING (you ROCK Melinda)!!
