I go to this Home Depot frequently but "Spring flower time" is my absolute favorite time of the year. I always find the most beautiful flowers at this location

Windred helped us choose an electric mower for our new house. He was knowledgeable & able to help us compare between brands. We also inherited crabgrass with the house, so He helped us find lawncare items & items to protect again pests as well. Some of the items that we needed were on sale, so that was even more of a plus. Thanks Winfeed for all of your help today

The overall spirit of the store was upbeat and happy. Something that is normally not in a large store like this. Whatever training or just management attitude, keep it up. Export this to other stores.

Phyllis was monitoring the self checkout, and helped me immensely. I had a coupon from Home Depot on my phone, and she waited while I located it in my email, and then helped me figure out how to use it. I couldn’t have done it without her!

I debated going to this location only because it's further from my home but I am so grateful because the service I received from Arianna was 5 stars. She was helpful really helpful, polite and customer drive ln.

We had an outdoor landscaping project and chose to go to this location in Florissant. We are truly glad we did. The customer service and delivery service was great! They took their time, did not feel rushed, answered questions, had everything in stock. Great team! Thank you!!!!

I went to exchange a propane tank. They tried 3 different tanks; none of them worked. How does that happen?

The Customer Service person went way out of her way to assist me. Also, another employee told me where to find an item and escorted me over there to point it out since it was small.

I shop various locations depending on where I am and which location has the item available. I appreciate those working at Florissant (#3034) this past weekend. I was acknowledged by associates that I passed, whether I needed their assistance or not.

I only go to the florissant store out of necessity , the store is always a mess the associates are not helpful boarding on rude , make the drive and go to the bridgeton store

Bought four appliances in three years and warranty is bad these days, if you can’t give a fair warranty, don’t sell the product stop charging people for it

It blows my mind for you to know when Im shopping without me putting in my email so it tells me my card is on file without my say so

I have bought a hot water tank from here, i have bought a 3000 door from here, and i have bought a new toilet stool from here. I have also bought a new freezer and refridgerator from here.

I went to Home Depot for another electronic bugs water and found it right where they were the last time.

I have been in other places where you could find a person to help you and here I was asked from three different people to me that good Business

Todd, in the flooring department does a great job and is very helpful.

I needed to buy some concrete so I pulled up to the contractors area. I could not get in door sensor was turned off from outside. Once in store I asked about the concrete not being by front door and was told it’s all in the back side. Off to find a cart and make the extra travel and work to load up on concrete. Only bought what I had to due to inconvenience. You would think that customer service was more important than having a store that is built like a jail.

We bought a storage shelf two days ago. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They even did most of the heavy lifting. I really appreciate it. Thanks. I will shop here again.

We could have purchased our new dishwasher anywhere, but we are so glad we went to this Home Depot and had Dee Dee Moore help us. She spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the appliances then went over all the details on delivery, parts necessary, and installation. Highly recommend this store and Ms. Moore.

Many associates walking around, few very motivated to help

Upon entering Home Depot, I was greeted with all the associates with great smiles. I went to the paint department because I needed to find the paint that I had use at the house about five years ago. I knew what the name was, but I didn’t realize how many different paint colors there was in that department. I did find it when I went to the Aisle to get the paint there was an associate and he was very eager to help nice and friendly with a smile and he gave me his expert advice. I showed him what color I needed. He asked me what I want to paint and amount of paint and when he mixed it, it was the perfect color and he gave me a little card with the name and the blot of the paint for next time if I needed to come in so I wouldn’t have to look for it , I went to check out and there was more associates greeting me as I walked up to the front to check out, The whole store was clean and there were just a few people in the self checkout area and I was able to go right to one machines it look like someone was going to help, but they seem that I was able to handle it myself. I did appreciate the gesture though.

I have been renovating my home over the past several weeks. I ordered flooring, bought paint, looked at lighting, needed drywall supplies, and some other items. On the occasions that I have been in the store it is clean and organized. The employees are helpful and friendly. One employee even stopped what they were doing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate the employees of my Home depot.
