Rick and Dana are great associates to see and talk to when I arrive. They also are very knowledgeable and kind in their responses to my questions.

Great store if you can help yourself. Most of the older men who work here will ignore customers. There have been multiple times that I helplessly wandered around the store looking for something and these old guys would just walk right by. I know I could have asked for their assistance, but you would think that employees are supposed to be attentive to customers' needs. Not the case for this store. It's interesting how the ladies who work here are pleasantly willing to walk up to customers and ask if they need assistance. This store is also like an obstacle course when it comes to pushing a shopping cart up and down the aisles. There are so many product displays blocking the pathway of customers. I had to push one of the displays out of the aisle because there was not enough room to get the shopping cart through. This is extremely annoying and makes the experience very unpleasant.

As a Flower Mound resident and DYIer for over 20 years, store #6572 has been a shining among other home improvement stores since it opened. Always clean, never crowded, and the perfect compliment to the neighborhood.

This is an exemplary store. I shop there on a daily basis, because the associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. I go out of my way to shop at this store, even if it's not the closest. I strongly recommend the Flower Mound Home Depot

Cashier Dana provides HORRIBLE, RACIST, PREJUDICE customer service. She lacks the qualified skill set to service "all" customers. She was definitely NOT friendly or helpful!!

The staff greeted me upon entering and asked if I needed any help. Once I found what I was looking for, I was able to get answers from knowledgeable staff without talking down to me if I didn't understand something. Great selection of product, but the staff is what really sells the store. Good job on customer service. I don't shop anywhere else for home improvement needs. Thanks

Rarely do I make reviews, but my shopping experience at this store was beyond exceptional! I had a real people person assist me! Her name was Robbie. Not only was she knowledgable in several departments that weren’t hers, but very welcoming to work with me! I had no idea she’d been heading to lunch break when I asked for help! Only over hearing another employee make a comment did I learn that.

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. I found them so knowledgeable . Very nice store

Best customer service in the Metroplex!! If you go here, ask for Rick, Marshall or Floyd. They will go above and beyond to help you. The greeter always asks how he can help and is always happy to see you walk in. I absolutely love going in this store!! I’m a chick with little capabilities in the construction area and they take their time to explain installations and features on the products. What a great team!!

Customer service is great at our Flower Mound Store!

January 17 2019 57 degrees and the garden center is closed.

This store is more organized and clean than other Home Depot locations not too far away, 6 to 9 miles. We were en route home and decided to stop at this one for home security and lighting. I immediately noticed its organized view of products and available sales associates asking if I needed help. (The one we normally go to seems disorganized, not as clean and associates try to avoid helping customers.) This Flower Mound store also seems to have more in stock of what we are looking for when we need it.

Rick Fitzgerald is a strong asset for Home Depot in Flower Mound. He always has time to answer my questions about your products and to tell me where to find them. Over the years, we developed a personal friendship and update each other on the members of our families. If the items were hard to find, he would take time to walk with me to find them. I’ve notice I am not the only one that has this excellent attention, but he has it for others that visit the Flower Mound Home Depot Store. He presents a model that should be used by other Home Depot stores. Also, his associated Donna has this very helpful and friendly approach with her customers.

This store is most efficient for my needs with Construction. Angie and Rhonda at the Pro Desk are absolutely on top of their game. Utilize what Home Depot offers for pros because of them.

My husband does not help me with home improvements because he is on disability and I don’t know nothing about tools, nails, how to repair sprinkles, to buy paints, tiles.. etc hence I need to ask questions and share photos to the representatives all the time ... and always they are friendly and supportive plus My mother language is Spanish and not always I know the exact name in English... but always I buy what I need. Thank you

I own a restoration company in North Texas and I shop at a lot of home depots in the metroplex and get great service from all. But, this one always stands out! It is that extra bit that Flower Mound location does that makes us love them!

The sales person in disposals listened to my problem and helped me select a disposal that met my kneed. He also reminded me to turn the locking ring to left and knock out the plug in the dishwasher outlet line. He saved me lots of time and frustration!

I have shopped at Home Depot stores all over the country and they are all very good, but the store in Flower Mound, TX is absolutely awesome. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable about home improvement projects. I have moved 50 miles away and still go to this Home Depot store even though I pass three of them to get there! I just schedule my purchases. I have used online services, which had very helpful people, but I still like to look and touch the products before I buy them.

It was really nice that there was an employee around to help me find what I was looking for.
