I purchased a grill from the HD in Altamonte Springs. HD offers free assembly and delivery on grills over 399. I specifically asked that it not be the floor model as it is heavily scratched and a couple bolts missing, however I received a grill that was delivered from the HD in Apopka. This items must be been on the floor or in a dirty warehouse for months. The entire grill was covered in caked up dust, four bolts were missing so that grill was not stable and the foldable edge would not stay up. It is extremely disappointing when you pay good money for a bad product, must less have to wait for it.

Great staff and store

Danny D. In the garden center showed us a few types of garden hoses and was very helpful in our decision. He also helped us find the mulch we were looking for. Danny was very attentive without being pushy. He was key in providing a very positive shopping experience

The people were very accommodating, always helpful! I needed a specific date and they made it happen for me. Always happy at this store.

We bought our new outdoor grill recently at our local Home Depot. The 2 men who helped us make our selection could not have been nicer or more helpful. The checkout process went very smoothly. We enjoyed our shopping experience, and our new grill was just delivered.

The forest city store is a reliable and most acommadating store, everything is always available, I couldn't ask for a better experience

Jamie Watson is very knowledgeable and super helpful when we have been in the market for a refrigerator, stove and washing machine.

The employees they have doing custom orders for both kitchen cabinets and windows/doors at this store do not know what they are doing. They have completely screwed up the last two orders from this store, and even though the mistakes were obviously either their’s in one case and the manufacturer’s in another they initially refused to fix the problem until I had to waste hours of my time and continuously go to the next department manager until someone would actually fix the problem

I paid for my LG Washer this past Monday, October 21 but cannot get it delivered until November 13. And with a currently bad washer, it forces me to go elsewhere for washing my clothes

I'm a contractor and this is my home Home Depot Store. Can't say enough of how great this store is.

John from the hardware department was awesome. He provided an outstanding service and helped me with the items I need.

An employee name Jeff helped me with getting my peg boards tied to my car, he was so helpful and really genuine.

All the employees I came in contact with were friendly and offered assistance!

I had to get wooden pieces cut. Bret was amazing at helping me out and cutting the exact dimensions that I needed.

My shopping experience was way better than other stores as the Store staff like DEANNA, RILEY, CHRISTIAN & EVELYN went above and beyond to help me out not only to get the items I required, but also made the check out process very quick. They are all professionals who know their job well. The smile and excitement on their faces to help the customer speaks volume. Deanna did not mind walking back and forth to find me the right kind of product, she was very sweet, friendly and extremely helpful. Pl thank all of them for their help, assistance and great job!!

I am new the the area and this Home Depot was laid out a little different than what I was use to. There were plenty of people around to ask me if I needed help and they guided me to the product to make sure I found what I needed.

Dave is great and wealth of knowledge to help with any home repairs. Great store and staff.

I went to buy two pallets of pavers during the Memorial sales. The customer service staff LeighAnne was very helpful. She checked with other stores and secured the order very quickly. Everything is done efficiently!

I purchased a Rheem water heater to replace defective unit under warranty & Martha gave me details what to do that was authorized by Lacy. Both these ladies were very helpful with excelleny speaking skills, respectful & highly qualified at what they do.

I had an emergency at the job site, and ran out, leaving paid merchandise there at the checkout at 10:30 am. When I went back at 7:30 pm, PatV and Jackie were all over it and got me in and out in no time with everything I had left! Great teamwork!
