I purchased 30 bags of Vigorous red mulch and was very pleased with this product.

Have been shopping at this store for several years and will continue because of the available products and Items plus nice customer service as soon as entering the store.

I recently had a very particular need for a new door lock set and also had to have it keyed to match my existing key. Home Depot employees Eli and Becky could not have been more friendly and helpful in assisting me locating the best fit product for my needs and then to have it keyed to match. They also gave treats to my two German Shepherds who were very appreciative. In addition to great products and competitive prices, outstanding employees like Eli and Becky ensure that I will always be a loyal Home Depot customer!

It is the best! The girl with green hair in the garden center is super friendly and helpful!

Phong assisted my wife and I on selecting carpet for our upcoming replacement. Phong was absolutely amazing. He was super informative, but more importantly was personable. Phong was beyond helpful in our carpet selection. He seemed VERY informed on carpet selection as well as addressing our specific needs for our home. I certainly hope that our aid continues to installation and our selection of carpet!

Almost no one able to help in the store on spring Black Friday sales. Feel like customer service just isn’t important any more at these types of stores.

I've shopped at this location numerus times. The store personnel has been helpful and my items are ease to locate especially when I use The Home Depot app. I'll shop here again.

In buying windows, siding, flooring, paint, lighting, plants...you name it, I find great choices here and appreciate their staff.

The stores location makes this the busiest local supply store in town. Yet somehow, shelves are stocked, isles are clean and the staff get through the seemingly endless lines of customers.

My shopping experience at this store is for the most part good. At Christmas time it was really good. Very good customer service. There are times I will spend 20 minutes in an aisle and not see an associate, I have to go find someone. Not just HD, but customer service at most retail and restaurant services do not meet my expectations. I worked in retail for 30 ++ years. I just expect more.

Alex in appliances was very knowledgeable and helpful in aiding us in buying appliances. I appreciate his people and technical skills. He was very easy to work with.

What once felt like a welcoming, customer-first environment now feels rushed and uninviting. I constantly feel pressured and in the way when shopping. The AP employees there make leisurely shopping not possible. There’s no consistency in how the store is run, and it’s clear that management issues are impacting the overall experience. What happened to the idea of putting the customer first?

The gentlemen at the Customer service desk were extremely kind and patient when my gift cards were giving us all a headache. It took close to 30 minutes before I finally was able to place a delivery order for an item that wasn't in stock. A discount would have been fantastic for having to wait for so long. In fact, I heard the employee helping me mention offering me a discount to Becky at least twice and I assume she said no or didn't want to offer one.

From buying tools to anything I need for home or work projects I can always find what I need. The staff is friendly and I appreciate the customer service. I would go here again.

Just the best place buena atencion

For a long time my only gripe against Home Depot was lack of veteran parking, but this location now has veteran parking! Thank you!

We placed a blinds order with Ariel on Saturday. There were a few items that needed clarification which she would do on Tuesday since she wasn’t working Sunday or Monday. She committed to update us later on Tuesday. There has been no update or response to our emails. I just talked to Ariel who passed me to Alon. Alon said he would work on our order later and provide an update.

I ALWAYS shop at this store for my home & office! You have the products I need & the staff to help with those 'extra' questions! I'm writing this review because of the exceptional customer service I received from an employee 'Gabe' HE was great- really nice & very helpful!!

I bought a ceiling fan for my home and I had questions to ask but I couldn’t find an associate to help me with my questions! I shop at this store periodically and it’s getting more difficult to get any help from your employees!

This store is clearly struggling to find people that now anything about what they sell. It has because a tranactional store. There are there to ring you out ans soetimes not even that.
