I was in a rush to get to work and just had enough time to pick up 2 items, but I wasn't sure where they were located. One of the employees took the time to walk me to the correct aisle and help me with the selection. I got the right items quickly and was on my way.

Very kind and helpful staff.

Store is well run, employees are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Store itself is clean, organized and there are signs everywhere that direct you to the product that you are looking for. It was a very good experience.

I have not gone to this location due to poor service, however, on July 18 I had the most amazing experience when I was assisted by two associates Gary and Sam. They not only made me feel so welcome but provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Thank you to BOTH !! and thank you for their Leader Sherri

I just went to Home Depot two days ago and found the items I needed quickly due to the employees helping me find the aisles that I needed

Freehold store assured us the items we ordered for store pick-up would be there when we arrived at the store. Other Home Depot stores have canceled our order right before the time of pick-up when we specifically needed something for a job. Kudos to Shari, Amy, and the other personnel at the Freehold Home Depot!

Bring back some cashiers and forget about some self-checkouts because some customers do not have know how to use them.

We were expecting to spend much more than we did thanks to Kevin's knowledge we left buying 2 new doors instead of the 1 we were originally going to replace

Lisa, Shari, Logan, Joe, and Matt S are the best employees I've ever work with at a Home Depot! Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly.

I shop here often. Craig the cashier is always do helpful and gives service with a smile. I am elderly and he makes me feel comfortable.

Have to say that Logan, Tyler and Laura made my Home Depot experience smooth and actually enjoyable today. They went above and beyond to locate and bring down the product I was to purchase. Friendly and great customer service. Thanks guys!

This seems to be a growing trend. When shopping at Home Depot, take pictures of the pricing on the shelves and displays where you pick up the products you are purchasing. When you go to the cashier (or self-checkout), make sure everything prices out correctly BEFORE you insert your card. For the second time in three weeks, in two different stores, I had things ring up differently from the advertised pricing. The first time, in Hazlet NJ, I did not notice until after I got home 25 minutes later. I called and spoke to "A" manager who told me "just come on back in and we'll correct it. I wasn't going to waste an hour for a few dollars, I'll just avoid that store. This time, at the Freehold NJ store, I noticed it before leaving the store, but after I had rung up the purchase. I spoke to the "gentleman" at the self-service checkout. He told me I had to return the item at the courtesy or returns desk. I went to the courtesy desk where there was one person slowly helping another customer. Eventually, someone else came over and processed the refund. I went back and picked up a second of the item I wanted and went back to the self checkout. The "gentleman" that I spoke to earlier was no where to be found. I told the woman there what happened and she said she could not help. I had to go back to the courtesy desk. So I went back to the courtesy desk and had to explain the whole thing over again to the person that had provided the refund. This person was very helpful and rung the item up for the correct price AFTER they had to go back to the display to verify what the price should be. That was about 25 minutes I'll never get back added to the 15 minutes I spent writing this review in hopes that you will not get burned by Home Depot charging you unfairly.

Purchased a washer and delivery was prompt and great. Employees at this store are very helpful.

A worker named Craig was so nice and helped me with everything from finding the product I needed to ringing me out!

This stop is pretty bad. I usually just go to the Howell, NJ store.

I have had to buy lumber in the last few days. I had no idea where to begin. In both trips to the Freehold store, I received the utmost care and help. I was greeted, asked if I needed help. I felt like I had a personal shopper. The cashiers are friendly and helpful, And then I got help loading my van. FANTASTIC

We purchased two very large pantry cabinets and they were extremely heavy and bulky. One item was at the very top of the store in the rafters. I had a minimum of at least five employees ask us if we needed help and everyone was very happy to try to help us. I feel like I usually have to search for an employee to help in some other stores. Richard, especially, went above and beyond utilizing two different kinds of lifts to get down the item I needed. As well as recruiting another employee to help flag the lift as he was driving and clear out the aisle of larger items so that he had room to work. He never once complained or even looked annoyed or inconvenienced to help us in fact he was happy to help and very welcoming. Checking out the cashier was so friendly and we were laughing with some of the front end staff as we maneuvered the two large items through the store. I was extremely happy with the customer service - everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working there.

Every time I go into this store I find the staff to be super friendly and helpful. They are always willing to assist me by answering questions or taking me to find what I need. if it’s not in stock they have located things nearby or helped me order stuff for delivery. Kudos to the staff and managers

Someone needs to instruct the sales associates and how to treat customers. They seem to care very little about whether the customer needs help. I Purchased a very heavy mower and needed help with the box to get it to my car as I’m a 70 year old. Three sales associates were busy talking among themselves at the self check out registers, and declined to provide any help to me. They actually said that they have no one who could do that type of assistance at this time. I am amazed that this is a type of service from a store such as a Home Depot.

Every time I walk in I'm greeted with a smile and the staff are always helpful...even when they are busy they always acknowledge me and let me know they will assist me as soon as then can.

Maria was a great help to me and made my shopping experience wonderful.
