I went to this homedepot to get parts for the AC. Mr. Jarnail spent time to find the correct parts and helped me to put them together. Then, he gave me full details how to do it at home if I have the same issues. Great man! Thank you very much for your help!

When I entered the store, I asked the first employee where I can find remote control for garage door opener. He replied without any hesitation - aisle 31. I was quite amazed he can remember such a small item

I have been going to Home depot on AutoMall Pkwy since it has opened. I have to say that in the past 5 years it has improved immensley and I am very satisfied to shop there. You don't have to look forever for someone to help you. The check out lines moves very quickly and everyone loves my dog when I bring her in.

Store is cluttered with carts scattered all over the store and parking lot. Lots of 'orange' standing around with no apparent purpose. Other regional HD's are MUCH better. Maybe this is a Fremont thing. Stock is not properly located and staff is unable (unwilling?) to locate items supposedly "in stock". Lots of apathy here. As such this may be a better job market indicator than anything Wall Street has come up with....

Some super friendly workers here and many have patches saying they worked there many years. That adds up to real knowledge

Employees in Fremont branch are very helpful compare to other store.

It is at a convenient location and the product category is sufficient for customer to choose.

Good customer service and curteous staff.

Even though there were lots of parents and kids there for the workshop, the staff was helpful and directed me where to go to find what I needed and even gave me ideas on what to do with the tiles for the shower walls. The cashier, Zem was cheerful and made my visit fun.

I'd suggest you do your homework first at www.homedepot.com for the stuff you plan to buy and see if it is in stock at the store. Sometimes it is hard to find an employee there available to answer your questions.

I find when I get help from an employee I find what I need better of questions get answered, but sometimes at this store it's hard to find personal for help.

Being in the trades I know when I walk into your chain of stores I can count on getting excellent service and quality products to chose from. I do have stores closer to me, but I frequent Fremont when I visit with friends. The store was well kept well lit and clean. Your associates were helpful and kind. One in particular named Turzem helped me tremendously, asking me if there was anything she could do for me. She was knowledgeable and a pleasant person in general. I found everything I was looking for and a couple of things I didn't know I wanted. Thank you for setting high standards in the home improvement industry, it's a pleasure doing business with you.

I love my local Home Depot location. All the people are so helpful. Everyone really cares about helping you ... they don't run the other way when they see a customer coming like some home improvement centers do. I kind of feel like when I shop at my local Fremont Home Depot I am shopping with friends....I would especially like to mention Raj in the paint department, Sharon in Doors, Ken in Appliances and Andrea at the front desk to name a few. The store has very friendly personal. Sharon helped me a lot to order the right custom window. But everybody was nice and helpful.

the store was clean, neat and well stocked. Employees are very helpful and easy to find.

Be careful when renting. If something goes wrong with their tools, you'll still pay.
