I went to HD because HD cuts pipe. I needed black pipe cut for unconventional use - deck railing. Kris and Dale were friendly and helpful. I also had a wonderful conversation too. Kris cut 50’ of pipe into 16 pieces of different lengths that made my day! A pleasant Saturday morning!

This is my favorite store because it is close to me but I never have to go to another unless it is a special item. Always easy to find things and the people are great!

Ordering a special vinyl blind required help from the store, I called in and got the help I needed but I was asked to come in to pay for the item which I did. A good experience overall, thanks to a helpful staff.

All the Home Depots have a lack of Quality Personnel of knowledge and of the product and where it's at and anything to do with it you do have a few here and there

I absolutely LOVED being stalked by your sales team and loss prevention for a hour while I was looking for specific items.. some employee actually tried pulling my full cart out of my hands and told me I was done shopping and to check out... I then also started playing the game.. IL waste all your time.. I walked around for 2 hours! Then went to checkout and watched 5 guys talking about me and glaring at me... I checked out with 700 in items that I wanted/needed, tomorrow I will be returning EVERYTHING! WHY?? Cause EFF home depot!!! thank you!!!

I used to like dogs, but after one attacked a family member who lost an eye and is scarred forever, I no longer like dogs. I came across 2 dogs inside this store while shopping, both death breeds. When I told a worker about my experience, the assistant manager next to her immediately went over to the nearest dog, and ooed and awed over him, the large pitbull. It felt very passive aggressive and diminutive. I would like to at least be heard and respected. At most, I would like only service dogs allowed in the building. A child died by a dog less than 2 miles from that store just this year.

Paid for carpet measurements the guy was unsure about the measurements he asked if he could take pictures of my house I said NO he did any way. Very u happy with how they handled everything. Quoted me a price just for me to do the measurements get the free installation to find out the installation is not free and it’s not the price that they said.

I’ve always found the Associates helpful and knowledgeable, as well as eager to assist. I have been a Customer at various locations and have always been very happy with services I’ve received.

I've bought alot of paint from the Fridley store over the past several years. There is a young man with long blonde hair who is very rude. If I see him in the Paint area when I'm there to buy paint, I'll leave & buy somewhere else.

We went to 3 stores this weekend hoping to find everything at the first stop. We usually just drive to the Fridley location, but we were out and about and stopped at a couple of other places. I don't know why we just didn't go to Fridley in the first place. Always find what we need and receive excellent customer service.

When I shop at the Fridley Home Depot all I have to bring is a list of what I need and there's always an eager employee to help me find my items and load them into my card as well.

I recently returned a Ryobi 14-inch chainsaw at Home Depot and had the pleasure of being assisted by Don. This week I went into the Home Depot Fridley MN store intending to shop for landscaping equipment for my business. I spoke to Cheyanne in Guest Services. I bought the equipment I was looking for and I also set up a Home Depot Pro Xtra account! The folks at the Fridley, MN store are always so helpful and friendly!

I moved into my first home 58 years old. It’s a fixer upper. My son is redoing the entire house. We buy our stuff at Home Depot. The yard hasn’t been cared for, so I’ve purchased everything needed here for the yard, except a lawnmower. My brother gave my son his old one. Thank you to the staff, for always being so helpful.

I find the Home Depot location's in FRIDLEY and in GOLDEN VALLEY are both a pleasure to deal with Comes to product exchange returns and purchases. Making returns easy helps me do my job. My overall goal is to please my customers and Home Depot helps me do that.
