Had an old shop vac give out on me and catch fire, explained the story to a gentleman at the service desk named Larry and was patient with me and super friendly and nice. Was able to swap it out with proof of payment and exchanged it with no problem. Even when busy and stressed they go above and beyond! Will return to shop here every time. 100%

The small purchase was handled as if it were important to me and a double-check was made by employee Jack. The story about my losing my phone was true, yet hard to believe. The point I am trying to make is the Manager of the Store took time to walk me out to the car in the continuing search for my misplaced and lost phone with me! He helped me search. My husband called my phone number and we heard it ring, I was looking for it in the car, but it was on top of the roof! Now that was the best experience I have had at any store! I paid all off and felt I really saved on my budget because of the "no interest" if paid on time.

The employees seem generally happy to be there and helping people find what they need. It makes the whole experience a pleasant one and has me looking forward to coming back.

I had the best experience at the JFK store in Ft. Collins. I live out of state and am working with a local restaurant owner on some designs for his office. I contacted the JFK store and worked over the phone and through email with Mark in their Kitchen Cabinet Department. He was extremely patient, polite and responded very quickly to my requests.
