I visit this store many times during the month. I'm spending a lot of money on paint, tools, and lumber. The experience that I have been receiving is very poop. I'm 77 years old and a retired vet and do require some help. Many times in this store I've been told to do it myself or find it myself or cut it myself. This is not a way to help a customer. My visit today was no better, after I cut my baseboards and went to the register I was treated very disrespectful by the person at the register. This might just be the last time I visit Home Depot.....

I have been shopping at the Fullerton Home Depot since day one back when it first opened (I think it was 1979 or 1980). I have done everything from minor home improvement and maintenance to room additions. The service has always been top notch. Most of the staff are knowledgeable and have had some experience in there field. If you ever have a problem with a purchase or may have purchased wrong material or too much of something, no question ask when you need to return (even dead plants). The competition doesn’t even come close. THANK YOU Home Depot !

I am in this Home Depot close to once a week. I am always very satisfied with everything except that they sure shut down the aisle where the drywall is almost every time I am there.

The aisles are nice and wide. The selections are numerous. The bathrooms are clean and tidy...important to an old lady. But, most of all, the cashier, Sheree, was knowledgable, fast and friendly. A VERY nice lady.

I reviewed barbecues for our backyard. I found one on the Home Depot’s website and headed to our local HD in Fullerton. I needed help in locating the bbq and Scott was there to help. Although he works in hardware dept, he took the time to look up the bbq. He walked back to gardening and located the bbq I was looking for. They were just assembling them there in the back. He rolled it out and had me inspect it then rolled to the cashier for me. Then the cashier Maria S. Helped me checking out and got a loader to help put my nice new bbq on my truck.....Super friendly service overall. Thank you! thank you! Thank you! ....Did I mention I received a great value too on my purchase :)

I normally love this store and Home Depot but Andy the Assistant Manager made it a not so good experience. I’m pretty disappointed.

Great store with friendly staff. Always available for assistance when needed. Love the larger size and availability of construction products. Good access for the larger trucks going through.

A store Associate Helped me find my block wall and cap, and even load it into my truck.

My last experience at HD was less than average. Two young associates were rude and disrespectful to me. They were walking in my direction in the garden area and in passing they asked if I found everything I was looking for and I replied "no". The two associates continued to walk away and laugh. I found no humor and it was very upsetting. I told the store manager what had happened but I felt nothing was going to happen and felt she wanted this conversation over. I felt the two young associates got away with being rude to a customer. A apology would have been suitable but never happened.

Always have great service and help when I need it.

I found all the products I needed quickly, I did get all the assistance I needed from both plumbing and hardware departments. The store was clean and there was a lot or items stocked. All associates there were friendly, always telling me to have a fantastic day.

Your hiring of unskilled, unknowledgeable, college kids works great when you don’t have to pay a decent wage or benefits... what happened to hiring the experts in their trades...you lost that years ago... pretty sad.

This location is the bomb.org. Sheree was our cashier, she was super sweet and super knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to this location for all my home improvement needs.

This store is great! They have most items on the shelves, it is orderly and it is not in a busy location. It has a large parking lot and parking is never a problem.

This is my favorite Home Depot location. I have shopped at Home Depot stores in California in Orange, Placentia, Anaheim, and in Issaquah, Washington. This store is conveniently located, but also a great store. Lots of variety and in stock items, helpful store associates, and I am usually in and out of there pretty quick. Whenever I need help, the store associates are always willing to assist and do so with a smile.

I am a regular customer of this store, and highly recommend this store to anyone needing home products as it is a mega store and has more items then other Home Depot stores. It is always well stocked and clean, with friendly and helpful employees

I’ve been shopping at this location longer than I can remember and have never had anything but great service! Shelves are always stocked and if something is missing I need, the employees are always happy to look for the item and/or call another location to locate it for me.
