I had an excellent experience at the Gallup Home Depot. My cashier was Nice and had excellent customer service skills and was very intent to my needs. Thank you Home Depot for hiring such an excellent employee.

Maybe the smaller town stores are better due to the size of town. No not any excuse they should be no difference! McDonald’s is so successful due to consistency!

Gina at the pro desk was awesome. She was very helpful and friendly.

We are remodeling our home we recently purchased, I retired from the Marine Corps and we are new to the area. We were very pleased with the friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable associates. They assisted with cabinets, flooring, lumber and loading. Great store and Great teams.. we will continue to shop at Gallup Home Depot

The staff at this store are so awesome. I shop all over Phoenix, Payson, showlow store's regular and this store is a joy

I bought several different custom made paints and the colors are gorgeous and the quality stellar.

Mathew and Thomas went out of there way to help me find what I was looking for.

Unpleasant shopping experience. It’s hard to understand why the music is so loud at this store. Makes focus impossible - and sends me running as fast as possible.

Employees are rude, no employee willing to help!

I just wish they have bigger mats like this.

Product wasn’t worth purchasing

I’ve been going to the Gallup store for a few years now and have always had great customer service. I will not shop at Albuquerque stores anymore because staff there are not nice or helpful.

I bought several items for myself n a gift for a retirement person . Unable to sent pics at this time

The Gallup Home Depot #3514 needs better customer service, especially for those items that are caged and locked. Customers should have to reach in and get the item to be purchased. Home Depot employees need to be available to assist customers.

Home Depot in Gallup seems to be doing a really good job of downsizing. We are a rule community that is Two hours away From larger stores that would have the supplies we need. Looks like we need to start shopping elsewhere

My item is still coming I need to see it first

I always enjoy the stroll through Home Depot. They have what I need and I always find something new that I want!

I enjoy the military discount and more. No more aggressive employees. My family and I can walk around buying home maintenance equipment or items. Without security following us around.

Windows just put in monday

I’ve been to two Home Depot in the last month. There lots of so call workers but their standing around in 3 or 4 workers in a groups. Ask them for help they tell you they’ll get someone, but no one wants to brea~k up their litter group and do anything.

Daryl knows how to help someone who isn't sure what they need!

If you’re working a project or need help at this location … good luck staff is very lazy and I’m helpful

First time I have ever bought an appliance that had to be ordered and delivered to store and I had to pay a home delivery fee when I am picking up from store. l almost walked out of the store on that. Only reason I completed order was I needed the appliance. That fee was not for expedited delivery.

I loved the excellent customer service provided by Noah at returns and Wil both individuals didn't blow me off but they went beyond and helped me find what I was looking for.

Enjoying the products I had purchased and will be returning to buy more things. I recommend Darnell he is an amazing employee.
