I was accused by the manager at Gallup Home Depot of not bringing the right pallets back. I had just purchased $600 worth of bricks and concrete. I paid $15 a pallet for deposit. I was given a very hard time getting my deposit back.

My experience there was very productive and pleasant as well.

I am used to the associates asking me if I need help. This time i had to hunt down an employee and they were all watching one guy work. Then when i got directions on where to find the product the doors were locked to the garden area except for one set so it was a lot of extra walking and work. The store just wasn't user friendly today except for the check out.

The store is generally well stocked, and clean. Most of the employees are familiar with the products in their area. I would not recommend their blind department. I ordered blinds some time back and it took them nearly 9 months to get them right. Everyone was blaming everyone else, the installer, the store and the manufacturer. But I have not had any issues in any of the other departments.

This is easily the best home improvement store I've ever been to! The staff is very friendly and helpful and everything was easy to find! Thanks for the great customer service!! :)

Great store, great employees! I'm remodeling my own home and couldn't do it without them! Great job Neva, Dom, Mary, Christine, Paul and the super dude in the paint department who knows EVERYTHING about paint. Keep up the good work!

nothing in stock; disorganized and unhelpful staff

MY GRAMPA WAS HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT RENTAL DEPT. OUR TOLET WAS CLUGGED AND FIXED WITH YOUR RETAL. GREAT SERVICE AT RENTAL VELANDO HELP HIM AND HE WAS TOLD OT DO SURVEY.

i always have a good shopping experience at the Gallup Home Depot Store in all departments. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend this store to my friends and colleagues. John D, Ray and EJ are excellellant associates!

The staff are very helpful and they give you other option to get the task done. They carry the tools and equipment you may need to complete you task.

Waiting 20 minutes to get help in paint department. Numerous employees walked by ignoring me. Eventually had to interrupt 2 employees from putting lables on racks to get assistance. They clearly were annoyed with my interruption, no acknowledgement, no apology but I was so very obviously an intrusion upon their busy day. Imagine that, a customer being annoying to a sales associate.

I didn't know how to use the self check out, but Kathy was extremely knowledgeable on that. She show me how to use the check out. Well done Kathy.

The employees at the Gallup Home Depot were very friendly and extremely helpful finding the products that I needed.

Unfriendly staff whom avoid customers. Inventory is always lacking. The only smiling associate on my most recent visit was the pirate at the contractor pick up entrance.

Store's inventory is terrible, always out of stock and the quality of their lumber is unbelievable bad. I have been waiting for a reguarly stocked bathroom product for over a month and a half now. Initially the unfriendly-avoiding-customer-plumbing associated assured me it would be in in a few days. That didn't happen. A month later I am still waiting.

Inadequately stocked...products mis-managed on the shelves and department staff absent so no assistance was available. did not notice the cleanliness. check out lady was great. But i wasted an hour and still did not fine a wall switch to match the color of the switch plate on the shelves. Also needed assistance with purchase of #6AGW and #8AGW and could not purchase it because no one was available to help. I was told that i needed to come back when the department staff was there. He only works 2 days a week. I am not planning my day or week based on the availability of a specific store clerk. I will drive to Albuquerque and shop at Loews first. You struck out when it was your "at bat".

I would just like to commend Christina the cashier for her helpfulness and great attitude. I think that her ID is CMM4623. She is always very helpful and cheerful. Kudos to her.

Kitchen designer was unmotivated and seemed as if we were an infringement upon his time of doing nothing & being endlessly unhappy. He ordered the wrong item, now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the correct item. I had to enlist management to resolve my issue. My question to Gallup Home Depot management, is why hire anyone if you are going to be assisting your dissastisfied customers in the end?

Tried to purchase an appliance, only to be told its special order. The first sales associate whom assisted didn't know how to order appliance. A 2nd sales associate didn't know how to order the LP conversion kit for the appliance. Is this store for real?! They don't know anything about what they sell.

I had good experience while shopping at the Gallup store.

Horrible customer service. Staff walk around ignoring customers and chatting amongst themselves.

The Gallup Home Depot is located next to the largest Native American reservation, the Navajo. About 1/2 of the tribal members come to shop in Gallup, not just at Home Depot but other businesses too; at the end of the month or middle of the month. When this happens any store in Gallup is full of Natives. Home Depot needs to have more employees working at these times, its difficult to get adequate help and service at these times, and does become frustrating. Home Depot and any other business in Galllup should know this, but for some unknown reason businesses are short staffed during these times. Please give the best possible service to your customers at these times of the month, they are spending their 'hard earned' money there. Respectfully, Tim
