A small and very clean THD store. But really Keith is why i am writing this review. I have been working on a custom shed and would not have been as successful at building without his assistance and guidance from material s to tools and the best method to correct a problem that my inexperience had caused. I will continue to go to the store just because Keith is there. If you need advise or help around building materials, keith is the person to get advise from.

Excellent place, friendly staff and plenty of parking

Getting the right guidance on products and their usage is as important as good product selection and pricing. The associates at the Gandy store go the distance to make sure you're buying the right thing and spend the time to help with any questions on installation and usage.

So here I was, an eleventh hour customer looking for expert plumbing help to solve a late night water heater problem. I fully expected to be disappointed in the level of service I would receive. At my request for assistance, Curtis stopped what he was doing, called Roy who knew the answers to my questions, and got me exactly the parts that I needed to repair the problem, thus ensuring that we would be able to have a shower before going to work the next morning. Label me a delighted customer.

I just want to let management know that Melissa went above and beyond the call of duty when she came to my rescue. I needed to purchase additional bull nose tiles for our bathroom project and there were no longer any in stock. Melissa offered to pick up these necessary tiles from another Home Depot on her way into work the following day. Who does that!!?? She stayed true to her word and had those tiles for us on Sunday and we were able to finish our job. South Dale Mabry Home Depot sure is a lucky store to have Melissa around to help their customers.

As I am constantly working on my house and finding new projects, i visit this store frequently. They almost always have what i need but the people that work there are the reason it is always an enjoyable trip. I always feel at Home when i am there. Thank you!

I went into the Tampa, Fl store looking to purchase a washer and dryer and have it delivered to my new home in Acworth, Ga. I had tried to order it online but was unsuccessful. I came into the store and Vanessa was a great help and took care of everything. Vanessa definitely made my day and turned a sour experience on the website into a positive one at the store. I WAS PARTICULARLY IMPRESSED WITH THE NUMBER OF ASSOCIATES AVAILABLE FOR ASSISTANCE. TWO OR THREE TIMES I ASKED FOR DIRECTION IN LOCATING AN ITEM AND EACH TIME THERE WAS SOMEONE READILY AVAILABLE AND VERY WILLING TO ASSIST ME.

I overheard Lisa in flooring tell an older customer that didn't think she could carry flooring into her home offered to come by after work and carry it in for her. I found that to be over and above her work expectations and exactly what I would want in an employee.

Some times when new stock is in the walk ways are kinda of block, but one can still get around. On weekends It's very busy, an associate is ALWAYS there to greet or help you to you product you are looking for, some time I tell them I think I know where it is, but they walk with you just in case you forget or an item could be moved, which has happened to me. So quit move stuff around, you trying to confuse me? Thanks, I love my store better than the other Home Depots. It's much cleaner and not a cluttered as the others in this area.,

From the moment we walked in, an associate asked our requirements and immediately stated the location of exactly where we needed to go. Once there, a second associate filled our request without pause, ensuring the product was complete and more than satisfactory. From start to finish, we were in and out of the store in mere minutes.

This store is always very clean and the staff is always really friendly and willing to help if you need it. I have never had to hunt an associate down to get any assistance. I bought looking glass spray paint to make mercury glass votive holders for my upcoming wedding. I can usually count on being able to find all the necessary tools and parts for most of my projects at this store. From costume accessories to ground breakers, dollhouse miniatures to furniture hacks, and everything in between.

the associate did know how the propane free exchange work .she then ask a co associate how it work and they did not know how it work. She then made a call to some one and they told that she had to cancel my order and make a new sale order. I said no thanks becuse i did want to lose my sale with amway. As a associate was helping me load the grill in my car he notice that there was part of grill that was broken. So went back in to get the grill exchange out but they did not have any more left so I got my money back. Not only the grill had a broke part . I believe i was sold the floor model because it had finger prints all over the top of the stainless steel. and was not told that it was the floor model. I was not offered to have a associate call the nearest store to if they had a grill for me. I had to ask a associate to make a call for me.

VERY CASHIER IS AUTHORIZED TO GIVE MILITARY DISCOUNT, ONCE ID IS PRESENTED WHEREAS AT LOWES, THE MANAGER IS PAGED TO AUTHORIZE DISCOUNT. LOWES IS CLOSER TO MY HOME BUT PREFER HOME DEPOT BECAUSE OF THIS WAITING IN LINE.

The store was clean and the employees were very nice and helpful.

I receive the advice as well as the assistance I needed to successfully complete my project.
