Got what I needed, I needed flowers. The flowers are beautiful

The best part of my experience was the help from the Mike, an associate in lumber. He helped turn a stressful project into a fun project. He broke down the project into easier steps, helped me find the right size pieces, and even cut the wood for me. I'm now looking forward to finishing this project.

Silvan Mendoza helped me find the items that I needed to start my project. He educated me on the types of wood. He recommended me other items for my project that I did not know that I would need. He went out of his way. I was a great experience to have someone who sincerely want to help me.

This store is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion. On 27 November, Judi L and Rudy provided much needed assistance and guidance which enabled me to purchase the merchandise needed to complete a closet remodeling project. Their help contributed to my completing a closet rebuild in time for me to return home and enjoy the Christmas Season with my family.

Employees helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. HD stocks most materiel's that I want and need. The store is usually clean and pleasant to shop in. I would like to see customers take greater responsibility in returning HD carts to designated locations. i.e., not leave them in vehicle parking slots. The quality of lumber suffers on occasion. Often times I must inspect many pieces of lumber to find straight and usable pieces. I would like to see increased product availability. More products from more producers. Often I travel to competing stores for items HD does not have.

Store was clean, price of item I was looking very high, but overall good people, good help

I went to Home Depot the week of Thanksgiving to take advantage of their Black Friday sale. I purchased a new washer at very reasonable cost. In arranging delivery and installation I discussed several dates with the associate. I believed we had finalized delivery for Thursday, 12/3/15. I wish I had known to verify the delivery date in the paperwork which was located on the VERY last page of the packet I received which had 12/2/15. I'm not sure if I would have immediately pieced together 12/2/15 was Wednesday, but the chances of me getting the date fixed then would have been much higher if I had known. The delivery company called me 12/1 to inform me of deliver 12/2. I called immediately about the mistake. It took three tries to get through. I finally spoke to someone who said the best they could do was 12/9. I said "fine." I got an auto call 12/8 confirming the 12/9 delivery. I took off from work; rescheduled my day to accommodate their delivery window only to get a call in the middle of the window to say there had been a mistake and the best they could do would be 12/13. It should not take almost a month to have something delivered that is in stock and available.

Great prices and excellent service. I can finally get started on my garden!
