I was able to browse around the store looking for needed items. I had to search someone down for questions though.

I want to give a big shout-out to Ed at the Gardena Home Depot location for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help me understand the differences between various products, which made all the difference in my decision to purchase both blinds and closet doors. These were not small purchases, and thanks to Ed’s product knowledge, patience, and guidance, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring the customer feels supported and informed—Ed truly added value to the experience. Home Depot is lucky to have him on the team!

I moved to Carson 21 years ago, I visited this location out of convenience when I first moved in. I found this store to be very bad in customer service. If I know I don't or will not need any type of assistance it'll shop here. If it's a boy ticket item they have m much better customer service in Comptona and will go the extra distance to that store.

Currently this store has an unsafe practice of letting handymen trucks park too close to store driveways! I recently had a near car accident collision because these handymen trucks were creating a blind view spot for me not being able to see cross vehicle traffic! The Gardena HD store mgmt’ needs to fix this problem immediately! There’s a real vehicular accident waiting to happen soon!

I placed an online order for $600 worth of stones and a $900 tool storage box. I contacted the store the day prior to remind them to call me before delivering and they did not call. When they delivered the items, they were left in my driveway and no one even knocked on my door or rang the doorbell. I did not sign a receipt as I’ve done previously with scheduled deliveries. I can’t believe Home Depot would just drop it off in my driveway without any call or contact in person. It’s reckless and careless.

Dislike store exiting when purchase. Not because I was use to the old way but because is a hazard to your customer not room to enough. It may help with the shop lifting but not the safety of your customers.

My HD card was decline, I use personal CC was also decline , I use my Business CC also decline. and I guarantee ALL this card are in good standing. maybe you need to look over your store system.

I would rather be greeted by homedepot staff than solicitors

This HD Gardena, CA location is better than my regular HD I shop at. The employees are very nice and are glad to help you when you ask them.

I had a large order to pick up, Jina made sure it was waiting for me and gave me great directions on where and how to pick it up. Sebastian and Eddie loaded the boxes for me and were very professional. All in all it was a successful visit to your store, I’ll be back.

Everything went smooth as silk. Help was offered without my having to look all over for it, time to check out was minimal, didn't have to wait for help loading car. All around unusually good trip.

While shopping I needed help knowing what I needed to finish my home project, each employee was easily approached and very helpful.

I was not sure about the different flooring items available and I was helped by Ana and Andrew. They told me about the different features in order to make up my mind. Also, Jina helped check me out and she’s so sweet and helpful, a true joy. I also saw how she interacted with other customers and I know they would give her high marks.

To men who want to work are nice people

I was was purchasing an item today it was priced wrong. When the very NICE cashier (Evelyn) asked for a price check an associate went to look for the item and took forever to come back so I decided to go and assist. When I arrived to the original shelf the SKU was now removed. Luckily I saw the original associate that assisted me (Thomas, Great CUSTOMER SERVICE and PATIENCE) I explained to him the situation and he said he would come to the register with me to inform them of the original price that was displayed. As we approached the register area I encountered a very RUDE lady by the name of SHAUNA (near the cashier area) That RUDELY blurts out why did you bring him we already took care of it.... Well first of all I never had any communication with this lady and for her to blurt out anything to me was very unprofessional. Then she continued on to say to out loud.... as she was walking away... I don't know why she brought you up here she is just wasting peoples time..... WOW, rude is an understatement. Where did professionalism go? the fact that Home Depot has associates that could be so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL is appalling. I highly recommend SHUANA to receive customer service skills training or be re-trained. It only takes one bad seed to rub off on other employees behavior and lose a customer. Is it really worth losing customers? Management please re-train your associate or have someone like Thomas in her role.

We come to this Home Depot regularly. It has such a warm friendly atmosphere. All the employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can tell they really enjoy their jobs. Makes me feel good to come here

The staff at this Home Depot are very helpful, I enjoy going to this Home Depot. Its a bit out of my way, but its worth the drive.

April has the worst cashier I ever dealt with in my life

Getting the job done for the customers

As I park in the parking lot I am already greeted welcome by an associate but it doesnt end there. Associates greet you as you pass thru the door and immediately ask how they could help you. The store manager Earl Gibson takes time also to talk to customers and walks with them while they shop and even helps you load the things you bought into the vehicle. Wendy is also amazing you can see her interest and devotion to the company. Keep up the good work Gardena!

Compared to other hardware stores, the employees here at the Gardena CA Home Depot are very happy and motivated to take the time assisting customers needs also very knowledgeable too with questions regarding products. Additionally, great product selection on hand in stock and pricing. Thank you Gardena CA Home Depot!!!

I attempted to make a return at this Home Depot from a defective item and the ASSistant Manager Wendy F. without knowledge of the situation and with an unfriendly attitude dismiss my complaint. I'll never shop at this HD again.

I always read other people comments and experiences. I never had a bad experience in the Gardena Home Depot. Them gals work hard maybe others should be decent and approach them like humans.

Has been shopping at this location for more the 11 years now, big Wherehouse and plenty supply
