This store must be closing as there has been on restocking in Hardware for a month.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR A WHILE AND YOU CAN FIND GOOD DEALS, PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND ITS EASY TO FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

Was looking for fans after the A/C had gone out in our home. Every other store was out of stock as I guess these are seasonal items. Was able to find an associate quickly and they pointed us to their stock of all sorts of fans with lightning speed. Was able to get everything we needed (Tower Oscillating fan with remote) and were in and out in less than 15 minutes, Kudos HD! :)

very helpful employees - good variety of products.

This is a big store with a great paint department, full line of plumbing parts, fully stocked lumber department, and they carry lots of odd-n-end items that aren't carried elsewhere. Wish they had a rental department for yard tools and such.

It's awesome you can find anything you need workers are really helpful and it's really clean it smells good

Store associates are never around to cut wood. I go to Lowes for wood that requires cutting.

I do my own home repairs and sometimes I need advice on the product I need to buy or install and the personnel are very knowledgeable.

Rita went above and beyond helping me from start to finish on my purchase. It wasn't easy but she stayed with me util it was loaded in my car. Totally took care of me and did it with a big smile.

We shopped at the Arlington, Tx. Store. Not Garland. They are always very friendly and helpful. The girls in paint have some challenges. Their focus is not always on the customer. Very friendly though.

I usually prefer Lowe's to Home Depot, but on this day I wanted to see a particular rug in person that I had found online, so I went into Home Depot. I was just browsing thru the lights and fans and encountered Jim. He was so helpful in answering my questions about ceiling fan size and LED vs. regular light kits. I decided to go ahead and purchase the rug I came in for, a fan, lamp, paint and tile.

needed help getting wire that had to be measured & cut by associate - instead of having to hunt for someone, as soon as I stepped into main aisle a friendly associate asked if I needed help & immediately took care of everything - he knew the products, understood what I needed to accomplish, and offered suggestions - hope he's there next time I need something

Associate was readily available and lead me right to the product I was looking for.

We received excellent assistance and how-to advise from a sales associate while in this store. We will definitely be using Home Depot for our one-shop home improvements in the future. Plenty of sales associates to provide assistance and knowledgeable staff on hand. Great job Home Depot!

We are currently working on multiple projects throughout our house and came on one particular night to purchase sheetrock for a bathroom remodel. We went over to where the sheetrock was located and the one we needed was stacked well above our heads and needed to be moved down for purchase. We asked the cashier if she could send us someone to help. She was very friendly and sent over another associate. He came over and looked at the stack and moved a piece from a previous stack on the ground that had been damaged and then stated he would need to get a forklift operator to help us. He left and never returned or sent anyone else to help us. We could see him standing down by the self checkout and he kept looking in our direction and would duck back behind the register area when he saw us looking in his direction. We saw him just walking back and forth in that area for a while and we finally just gave up and left and went to Lowes. We had a smaller item to purchase and when we went to the cashier the man who was supposed to help us was talking to someone else by the key making area. The cashier apologized to us but at that point we just wanted to get the sheetrock and get home. We were both incredibly disappointed and frustrated with this experience and will now be finishing out our remodeling plans with the help of Lowes.

Store manager/ customer service associate went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I really appreciated how much effort she put forth to make sure I got my washer when I needed it and at the price I could afford. Shout out to Arthur for going above and beyond and helping me make sure the washer was delivered safely to my house. Really appreaciated the entire store and it's associates for the level of effort they put in to helping make this experience a memorable one instead of the robotic behavior and responses we get from most other stores!

Three days in a row there was no associates available in Lumber to assist customers nor the Cashier.

Every Home Depot store that I have visited is always clean and well lite., Products are well displayed , priced and in stock. Store associates are and helpful and know their product. Best prices overall.

Its good to have a place you can go that has answers you need and products that solve problems you have. My Home Depot is just such a place. From Henry in Plumbing who has helped me with his wisdom and knowledge, and also his amazing smile and true attitude of care and encouragement, to the paint team that has always taken an interest in what mural I'm working on…this is my go-to place. I consider them to be valuable teammates in what ever I'm working on and am proud to have such people in my world. Even the ladies and gentlemen at check out are helpful and can make my day a bit brighter. Thank you to all of them.
