Cheryl, who seems to be a fixture at this Home Depot, is always so helpful and friendly. I always enjoy running into her when I am there.

Mark was extremely helpful. The store looked meticulous, the employees were friendly and there was actually a cashier present unlike other stores that I have been to recently. I absolutely love this location.

I have shopped in many Home Depots over the years. This particular one is always well stocked, clean, and very helpful employees!

Mark, the manager was unprofessional and should not be leading such a reputable store. I was asking for a slight discount on a floor model that I purchased because it had some visible scuff marks. He simply did not want to hear me out and told the sale associate to tell me “No we don’t do that” which is a bold face lie because the Rockwall store has done it without me even asking. Very unprofessional.

Doing some home remodeling and was satisfied with each purchase; doors, lighting, and handles for cabinets.

Never go to this store unless you want to be discriminated and embarrassed. I have never in my life been so disrespected. They may have well hung me on a tree in front of everyone.

If you are lucky to meet Jeanne the cashier, she will brighten your day!!

This store is better than the Richardson store as far as employees being more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

She was soooo helpful, extremely knowledgeable and carefully looked after our unique needs. I highly recommend Michelle McRight!!!

We did a return with Adam and he was very helpful and had a smile the whole time. We also had the pleasure of seeing his customer service manager Hector juggle and multi task effortlessly and also with a smile. This was by far the BEST experience we have ever had at a Home Depot. We are small business owners and this was nice to have someone else show us the same type of service we provide to all of our clientele.

I do wish they would put sand out in garden around the sack dirt instead of in the cement section..

I went to return an open package of door hinges that were sold to me like that. I bought several packs that I took off the rack so didn’t realize until I got home. Cashier, Grace is what shows on the receipt, told me multiple times I couldn’t return it. Felt accused of wanting to return something I opened after explaining to her multiple times what happened. I am a past THD employee so do know the policy and take great pride of the store and her responses were not making sense. Even told me I should have brought it that same day it was sold like that. I’m in the process of remodeling my home so wasn’t going to go that same day while I have multiple tasks to get done, especially when it’s 30 days return and 1 year hassle free return with THD card. She really made it difficult and wasted time going back forth on the return.

Weak training leads to unprepared employees, even at the cash registers

Not a friendly customer care service, associates looks like they are there by force and they have really bad attitude, product availability is poor even its in store not in shelf. Nevertheless not going or recommend to anyone to shop in that place.

Always greeted by friendly employees and there is plenty of associates to help with questions on most days. I love the fact that they offer a Veteran's discount every day.

I've known Maria for years at this store, and she is always smiling and willing to help. She makes my day every time I see her during my shopping visits. She is good at her job and very personable. During my most recent visit, Maria helped me during my generator purchase, and arranged for one of the guys to help me load it into my car. Aizha, in Customer Service, is also very friendly and professional.

Went there to look at appliances with my aunt. She decided to buy a washer and dryer set since they were on sale. The guy didn’t seems to know what to do so he asked for help. The young lady was friendly but lied, and was rushing us. When we tried to get the extended warranty she said that it would be best to come the next day. It was obvious she did not want to help us out. She said paying with cash was a long process so I paid for the set for my aunt. They also overcharged us so now I have to go back and cancel my order.

Helpful and Friendly. Some team members are exemplary. Joan is one of them. She is always friendly.
