The store was very clean and employees were readily available when I needed help. I was able to get everything I needed in one trip.

Having people to greet you at the door and people that help you find exactly what you want is a great store . People that have the knowledge and know just where to go or Whom they can get to help you makes for a great store . Whether it was parts for the pellet stove or electric parts or the paint department and finding the bear paint that I wanted it was made so much easier for people that had the knowledge of where things were and how they work . I was so pleased with the stores help and how short a time it took as opposed to some of the other stores we've been in it made our day

FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE ON THE PRODUCTS I WAS LOOKING FOR TO PURCHASE.

The store layout was easy to find items. Sales people were all standing by to help people. I purchased carpet & the flooring specialist was so knowledgeable and helpful it made selecting & purchasing carpet fun. His name is Dave Mateling. I'd recommend him to anyone needing flooring products. And a few days later I purchased painting products & cashier was so friendly wish I could remember her name. I think it was Mary worked the night shift. Very happy with Gaylord Home Depot. I'm from Texas remodeling rental home I have here. The Amarillo store does not compare to here in service.

Aisles blocked, bathroom messy, didn't get right directions to find products, just the point of the finger to location. Wasn't asked what I was using caulk for.

I've never met friendlier associates than Pearl and Peggy who helped me check out. They were so nice and helpful that I'm actually looking forward to returning to the store to make an exchange as I grabbed the wrong part today. I'm hoping to encounter Pearl and Peggy on my next visit. I might even call ahead just to make sure they'll be working when I get there. That's how fantastic they were. Pearl and Peggy: WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE???

I enjoy going to this store. There is usually lots of staff to help, all though, not all who stop to ask if you need assistance can give it. They do know who to get and will get them. Associates are very friendly and positive.

I'm really enjoy the service and attentiveness of Home Depot employes, they are very willing to help you. Find the right tool or soulition for almost any project. And I have lot of odd ball one off projects. It great they they are willing to take the time to help you.

All your associates were friendly and helpful. They were even smiling ;-).

I WAS VERY SURPRISED AT THE PRICE AND THE SPEED IN WHICH MY ORDER WAS PUT THROUGH AS WELL AS HOW EASY IT WAS TO SCHEDULE MY HOME IMPROVEMENT

The store is clean and well laid out. There were many friendly, eager and helpful associates that could be easily found throughout the store. The associate at the paint center (along with the other associates)made us feel very welcome. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

While shopping for some home improvement items, and as it happened, we didn't have enough cash on hand during our visit at check-out time. . . . we proceeded to use our Home Depot Account Card and found out "I didn't stay with-in my budget" on our recent "Deck Staining Project" and had only enough in our Account Limit to cover 1/2 of our current purchase while standing in the check-out line. Your associate handled the situation with all the tact and professionalism of a world-class Banker. There was no fuss or unnecessary attention drawn to what could have been a very embarrassing public event in the store, with many other customers within ear-shot. A direct phone call by your associate to the parties concerned and with a very brief conversation, I answered some standard questions myself on the phone. The problem seemed to disappear at that point, and we even had some extra room on our Home Depot Account Card for our next Project ! ! ! Thanks For Everything Home Depot ! P.S. The store was neat clean and well organized. I was able to find all my items and get customer service twice when I needed it. I'm and over all happy with my visit

I had an associate match paint chip perfect. I had direction and someone to walk me to items I needed. I had a check out gal check me out in self lane so I didn't have to do it or wait in any line. This all happened at one visit. Fantastic. Everyone held my hand and got me on my way quickly.

I absolutely had a blast picking out my paint with Shirley on 9/3/2015, she was so helpful and informative, she even let me bounce ideas off her about what I was trying to achieve in my dining room! Two thumbs up Shirley! And when it was time to check out I got to talk to Becky on Lane 12 and she was wonderful, she was so much fun to talk to, even laughing while my mother and I picked on each other! I absolutely prefer shopping at home depot because of the staff and how much they care about the quality of their work, not just the sale. and this shopping trip was no different. Thank you Shirley and Becky for proving me right that you guys rock so much more than the other places in town! WAY TO GO!!!

I was very happy with the Customer service at this store. Multiple employees approached me to see if I needed any help. I do not get this at any other like store in this town. The checkout lady was super friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better person to represent your company.

Way too hot. Why no AC? I would have stayed longer to purchase at least one more item, had not been for the extreme heat.

I found a very helpful associate right at the end of the aisle that I needed assistance in. She went the extra mile to check on an additional part that I needed and found that it is available on Home Depot. Com. Then on my way to check out another associate asked if I needed help. She followed me to check out where I did need assistance and then did not have to search for someone! Very happy trip!

I got the wrong bulb, because the box showed a picture of the fixture I am using as an outdoor light. I have one of the older mercury vapor fixtures but when I looked for a bulb there is a picture of the same fixture on the box for the High pressure sodium, and Metal halide bulbs, so I grabbed one of those because I was in a hurry and there were no associates around at the moment, and as I said I was in a hurry. It turns out that the bulb I purchased the Metal Halide I think it was, is the wrong bulb, it would not work, and I have to ride a bicycle 7 miles back to the store, and get there just as they are closing, but thankfully an associate let me in and let me exchange the bulb for a Mercury vapor, so I went home, crossed my fingers, and yay, it worked. I had no problem exchanging the bulb, and thankful for the help of the associate in helping me guess as to which bulb to try next. I can light up my whole yard now, fantastic!
