I find these guys to always be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

have been a loyal Home Depot customer for over 30 years. I have shopped at Home Depot stores all over the nation–east coast, west coast, north, and south. The service today, May 23, 2024, at your Gaylord, MI store was pathetic. Worst I've ever experienced, both at Home Depot, or, any other retail store I've visited in the past 60 years. The checkout Clerks name was Audie. He was clueless. He was working the checkout register in the lawn and garden section. He was not capable of understanding what customers wanted to purchase in the outside parking lot area. I actually took pictures of the mulch and topsoil products I wanted to buy, including SKU scan codes. I still had haul a 40# bag of topsoil into the checkout line because he could not find it in the computer! It was absolute mayhem! I will never return to this Home Depot store. If this employee passed your training curriculum, you need to reassess your standards.

Pam showed us the results of polystain and gel stain over previously varnished basement woodwork saving us time and mess. We also had questions about it covering core doors. After we selected going with a semi-gloss in Glidden Willow Springs to match the walls painted in satin. We are very pleased with the assistance we got and results.

I have shopped at several Home Depot's in the Detroit area and the Gaylord store far exceeds the service in the metro Detroit area. They are friendly and quick to help you find a product on the shelves. It's a pleasure to shop here!

I buy all my household items, appliances, repair items, water softner salt, vent covers, anything that I need at Home Depot for a lower price. The quality of everything is as good as the other stores sell, but Home Depot is always a better price.

I use Home Depot a lot. As an avid DIYer, a homeowner and the maintenance guy for a rental, I visit HD at least twice a month for a wide variety of items. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and the older staff are often good sources of sage advice when I am tackling some project for the first time. I always look for stuff at HD first before trying anywhere else.

Had to replace our dehumidifier and they helped me get a 12 month financing deal.

We are remodeling kitchen and was sent an extra cabinet. We took it back for refund and Susan made it smooth. Also very helpful getting me info I needed to Oder parts that don’t come with appliances

We bought a new refrigerator today and it was a very efficient process. Our Home Depot Project Specialist guided us through the appliance color selection, confirmed it was in stock, confirmed it was on sale, corrected an auto-ordering system option error, and explained the unit could be delivered in just 1 week from our order date and how we would be notified of delivery that day.

I work at Boyne Mountain and purchase many products that are needed for remodel in our condo's. We always get suburb service and the materials are nice quality.

Needed to buy a new microwave, they had our brand and they shipped right to my home.

The life proof flooring is very durable and one of the best flooring products on the market in my opinion. We put 1200 ft.² of it in our new home.

Store is clean and employees are friendly. If one doesn’t have an answer, which is rare they will find someone that does.
