Excellent service - they even went so far as to void a shipping charge since the item was delivered free if we had purchased it online. I consider this going above and beyond expectations.

This store is exceptionally well-run. But in the last two visits, the new self-checkouts seem to need two attempts to read a card.

I had a 'project' for my garage doors that I really was struggling to put my idea ON THE DOORS. Pam, in the Paint Dept made some suggestions from her own experiences and with just a piece of the new siding we were installing, she was able to create a perfect match of both color and technique to accomplish my idea. I doors turned out GREAT, and her advice was the tipping point for the results. Don't know where Home Depot finds these people, but thank you for hiring Pam for the Paint Dept. She was 'awesome'. And I drive all the way down form the Upper Peninsula just to shop @ the Gaylord Mi store.

This Home Depot store was extremely clean and products were not difficult to find. The sales persons are always helpful, courteous, and polite.

Easy parking,plenty of checkout people,helpful kind people

Employees are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist weather its to find a product, explain the difference between products or physically assist with getting merchandise from shelf to auto. Store is well marked, bright and clean, isles easy to navigate even with full baskets.. I have never left there less than satisfied with my purchase.

Exceptional customer service. Would rather drive 60 miles out the way just to go to this specific store. Always easy to find an employee to answer a question or guide us in the right direction.

We purchased an array of appliances. The salesperson was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The only thing he didn't tell us was that since we have propane gas, HD installers would not install our range for us. Disappointed in only that.

Store was very clean even the bathroom is clean Associates didn't ask me any questions but I didn't ask for any help cashier is very friendly sounded everything I needed without asking for help

If you go to Gaylord Home Depot for gardening or paint look for Pam in the paint Dept. She is very knowledgeable on both subjects. Thanks Pam
