I had bought about $1300.00 worth of gray paint and when it went up on the walls, the gray looked blue instead of simply gray. A manager suggested I come back in the morning and ask Tammy in the paint department if she could add color to the buckets . I was told "Tammy works magic with paint!" . I went that next morning, chose a better gray that I wanted and asked her if she could add color to make it close to what I wanted. She really cared about helping me and the walls look amazing! Y'all, the color was exactly what I wanted!

I came in around noon time was expecting a long line. Their store was actually properly staffed. Valerie help me with the return. Educated me on if I start doing the receipts emailed then I have a back up in the event I lose them boy this will really help with my accounting as well as any returns. I need to make in the future, thank you Valerie. Ps Home Depot this is the kind of person we look for when we want to hire somebody away from a company.

I came in to rent an upholstery cleaner. The rental itself was fast and easy. When I got it home, the spray nozzle didn’t work. Nothing came out. I called Home Depot and they told me to bring the sprayer and hose back to switch out. I did. Brought the new hose home and the same thing happened. Nothing would come out of the sprayer. I took the whole unit back. The rental guy said, oh, something is wrong with this unit. He gives me another one after showing me it will spray. I got it home. Fired it up. The spray came out for about 5 seconds and just trickled after that. Beyond ticked off. Oh, they gave me 10% off my rental. What about my 1 hour of driving? I guess no one checks these machines out before they rent them. Never again Home Depot Georgetown Texas.

The lady that checked us out was very helpful and so friendly! She’s one of the reason’s I’ll come back.

The pots of flowers are ridiculously high! Home Depot should have a 1/2 price sale off at the beginning of Spring and Fall! They're making a KILLING anyway! As soon as I can find a reasonable place to buy my plants I will do so!🦋

No help from your employees w/ the 5 bags of mulch on sale. A customer help loaded up my 5 bags , his 5 bags, and an elderly couple w/ their 5 bags. You guys never asked or acknowledged us there. The young customer even loaded up my car.

I was absolutely "blown away" by the unbelievable array of live plants and flowers that were available in the garden center. There were bedding flowers at the entry to the garden shop and flowers and shrubs in a seasonally temporary area of the nearby parking lot along with those displayed within the center. There were even more to select from along the outside edge of the building. It was AMAZING!

Cody was passing by while I waited the associate from lighting and asked if he could help. He took the time to find the proper replacement floodlight since the one I bought in was very old and missing identifying codes. Before Cody a young man from the carpet department was helping me and had called for an associate from lighting. He was exceptional as well. Those young men made me feel valued as a person/ customer as I always feel when shopping at the store.

The Home Depot is my favorite place to shop!

Donavan , both Marks, Breck, Nelly, Isaiah, Leo John Ricky Ms B, Bruce Conrad, Lynn and many other associates all make me feel welcome and appropriated. They know me by name because I shop at the Georgetown HD every day. They make it a pleasure doing business there!!

Worst experience ever.

Employees need to smile and greet customers. Thanking customers for purchasing items. Being courteous and helpful. I’m a senior but would appreciate these qualities helpful. Thank you

I really enjoy shopping at this store. When in store the employees always greet me and I feel like I’m shopping at my store. When I have questions, I can always find an associate to assist me. Checkout is very well staffed and if help is needed, I have no problem getting the help I need. Also, this store, while a slightly different layout than others is very clean and easy to find what I’m looking for.

On 3/4/25 at 11:56AM, I bought total 9 bags of items from the garden center. That place gave me the run around even though I told them I need help. The cashiers were very unhelpful! Only person that helped me was a young fellow at the loading area. He was exceptional! It is hard to find a helpful person like him.

Very little customer service, self checkout at most registers

Currently we are building an office in our existing barn and have a number of special challenges. The staff is always great and makes good strong recommendations. Great to see the teamwork in action !!!!!!

The employees are always helpful and always greet you when walking by. Employees at the paint department are great. This is my go to Home Depot.

We purchased a Refrigerator yesterday and Lynn was by far the next salesperson we met. Shegreeted us shortly after wecarrived in the department and helped us choose the best r reverie for our needs. She listened to our wishes and knew her merchandise very well! Would give her 10 stars if able!!

There are many HD employees that are nice and helpful, except for one older male clerk who does not know much. He was not well informed.

Home Depot needs to understand not everyone is a thief. Closing one of the entrances that contractors need is crazy and petty!!!!

The self checkout doesn’t ask for the id to identify the person to get the military discount

We needed a strobe lighted doorbell for my 87 year old brother who can't hear a regular doorbell. Kyle was the young man helping us. There were none on the shelf, so he found it on his phone and went to the customer service department to find out how he could get us the doorbell. Kyle said this was his THIRD day working for Home Depot! He was so polite and helpful and found us the help we needed. Doorbell was delivered to our house in 2 days and my brother can now see the light and knows he has to answer the door. Thank you Kyle. Home Depot you have a very good employee in this young man. Treat him well, you won't regret it.

Who knew 8:30 pm on a Wednesday would be the best time to get custom paint made and help throughout the store. Great experience for us diy’ers.
