You asked for a specific part and the floor people will tell you it does not exist in their store any longer except when you reach over their shoulder and ask him what’s this? I’ve never seen such inexperienced people in my life. When Home Depot originally opened they hired retired trades people that actually knew something. Nowadays, you’re lucky if the guy knows what inventory they have

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for almost 15 years and the service has drastically improved. Morale seemed high too. Such a pleasure to see customer service is back.

I appreciate when there are plenty of employees at these larger stores - and HATE when you have to run up every aisle just to find ONE! This isn't the case here in this location - at least as long as it isn't close to the break/lunch hour (so come before 11am or around 1pm, if you can..) Great, and friendly service; got my paint and was out in a flash.

Phillip, the cashier made our shopping experience an excellent one. He was very friendly and helpful. Provided me and my husband with awesome tips to better care for our house plants. His friendly and helpful demeanor made our day!!

I was impressed with staff as they answered my new credit card questions, locating items, applying my discounts from new card and military.

The person helping at self checkout was an absolute gem.

In past 6 months, purchased many items at Gilroy HD. Needed help finding items, special orders, loading large or heavy items on my truck (2x6s, rebar, bags of soil, etc), or just advice on how to do a project or fix an item. HD employees usually have an answer, or know another employee who does, or a website.

Friendly staff. In the past my experience has been seeing orange vests run the other way when you are looking for help. Not at the Gilroy store. Everyone was friendly and eager to help.

We recently went into the Gilroy home Depot store to pick up an online ship to store order. One piece of the order appeared to be missing. After approximately 20 minutes of searching, Kylee a cashier at the customer service returns desk, was able to locate our item for us. We had already resigned ourselves to reorder the item and wait once again to receive it, however Kylee knew that since it was a ship to store order it had to be there. She was right it and we are so grateful to her.

I really enjoy gilroy homedepot I mean really the employees are helpful and the products are always available I never have experienced any unconfort with anyone or any issues shopping there I usually am a little worn out but the time I get there to pick up extra or some finishing items but it's really relaxing and they for me to get my stress away I go shopping at homedepot in gilroy there illes are large enough you dont bomb into anyone's basket and tour able to remove thing of shelf or racks with out knocking other things over I enjoy the times I shop there thank home depot for making my experience being tour costumer helpful and enjoyable in my shopping times I love home depot I know its gods gift to builders ,and home owner , construction worker any dyi people out there go to home depot tou will enjoy the atmosphere there .thank you agin home depot

The cashier did not greet or thank me. In fact, was on 3 different personal calls throughout the transaction. She could not figure out how to enter a quantity of wood into the system.

A cocky young guy employee by the cashier that’s supposed to help me,made my blood shoot up

If your looking for a new appliance, make sure you look for Victoria! She was very nice and highly educated on the products in the store.

If ever shopping in the evening look for Martin he will make your experience a great one !!

My husband and i were there over the weekend and the service provided by the store manager and an associate named Katrina were amazing

Received amazing service from the garden section team. They helped me move and load a large amount of pavers, even gave me a pair of gloves to protect my hands. All with such great personality. Made my trip to home depot easy an fast, esp as a single female.

I had been trying to find these items for several weeks. The first employee I found was as useless as a cookie in a diabetic club. The Ms. Liz came to the rescue. Thanks again.

I was focused on finding the black Friday deal on the rigid shop vac and I found it in a very convenient spot right up front by self check out line. Mind you I am aware of the phycology behind the location as an impulse buy however regardless it was a smart decision to locate that item there.

Terrible Leadership in handling a Veteran and making an exception for the Veterans. The Leader and Team Member should be ashamed of their lack of training and providing an amazing level of service. I felt bad for the new Team Member.
