This Home depot in Glastonbury is not the usual one that I go to. Was in this town and stopped in because it was convenient. All Home Depots I've been in are pleasant.

I was in a bind while doing repair work on my historical property. Duff (in plumbing) went well above and beyond to create solutions for my predicament. His knowledge, skill, and willingness to work on a creative solution saved my entire project. He had a great attitude the entire time. People like Duff and the management team continue to make it a pleasure to do business with the Home Depot. I look forward to my next visit.

Always clean compared to other stores. Generally excellent help from employees.

Saturday April 22nd. What's going on with morale? Clearly heard several conversations between employees complaining about work. And the response when looking at simple old fashioned black and white 4" tiles that "we don't have black tiles" with no further help. Really?! Atlas Tile here I come!!!!

I like to see the greeters at the entrance. Most of the time I know where to find what I am looking for. once in a while I don,t know where to look for an item, and there is no assistance.

I purchased a washing machine from this Home Depot . The sales associate was friendly , but completely incompetent . It was evident that he was not familiar with the entire sales process . He had issues adjusting Home Depot's computer price to match their in store price , he had issues manually typing in my information as well as the product info accurately . After 1 hour of this , the transaction was complete . Then i discovered he over charged me the amount for the extended service plan . I had to go to customer service for a refund . Then 24 hours before delivery I received no call to tell me the delivery window because as it turns out the store employee entered in my contact info wrong . The day of delivery I never received a call in advance of delivery . So I had to take the entire day off of work ! Now when I try to register my washers extended service plan on home depots web site ... it says that my sales transaction shows no extended warranty purchase . Yet the itemized print out does show it included in the total sale . So in this washer I have invested 1 hour to purchase , 3 return visits to fix errors , 1 entire day missed from work waiting for delivery because of them not entering in my contact info right and now back 1 more time to ask why I can't register my extended warranty ! This experience solidifies that I will not purchase appliances from Home Depot in the future .

My niece and I had a great shopping experience on 3/12/17. Rashawn helped me find the correct product I hope I have his name correct. I think this is his name. He will know because I asked for him to help me because he was very friendly when I walked in the door! He helped me find the right garbage bags. I brought the 100 count HDX 13 gallon bags instead of the Glad brand. I got a great deal. He was so friendly, helpful and respectful. Raquel helped us at the check out. She showed us how to use the self checkout correctly. She was also friendly, helpful and respectful. It was a wonderful shopping experience because of these 2 employees. As I stated before this Home Depot is pleasant to shop at the staff is very helpful . You can almost always fine any item that you need when you go into the store. If you need help it is always available. The store is very clean.

NICE CLEAN STORE COMPARED TO THE PAST YEARS. THE CASHIER STEPHANIE WAS FRIENDLY AND EXPEDIENT. IT WAS A QUIET DAY BUT THERE WERE LOTS OF WORKERS PRESENT.

Thank you to the Glastonbury Home Depot for our recent shopping experience. It was a pleasure to make a quick stop for a purchase and to be greeted by friendly staff, in a clean, organized and adequately stocked store.

The store has easy access off of Route 2 exit 5D and is near plenty of fast food locations and a Dunkin Donuts. I have always been able to find what I was looking for there,

I think I have already mentioned in the survey that sales rep was very helpful. We usually go to the Waterford Home Depot. However, I have never been dissatisfied with any Home Depot. I know that I will always find what I need and everyone is always willing to help.

Our experience with the Glastonbury branch was nothing short of EXCPETIONAL. My wife and I recently purchased a home which needed a complete kitchen gut job. We tried Lowe's and other cabinet companies in the area to no avail. As a last ditched effort we tried Home Depot, and I wished we went there first. Brent in the kitchen design department was AMAZING. He listened to our wants and needs and incorporated all of that into his design. After an hour or so he had our entire dream kitchen designed and UNDER budget. After our first visit we went back with some further questions and he answered them all and made changes to his initial design. After another hour we were all set, we had a peace of mind that no other store gave us and it was thanks to Brent's professionalism and due diligence. Anybody looking to remodel their kitchen should seriously considered checking out this store and meeting with Brent if possible!

I was very happy with the people at the service desk. I shop here often and Nancy, Walter, Alice and Danielle are always good to me. I was sad to hear that Mark is at another store now. he was very helpful when I had an issue a while back. I like that your store is always clean and bright.
