not an easy store to shop, no help

Store was clean, observing safety recommendations and staff was very helpful

This Home Depot has recently implemented hand held scanners in the self checkout. In this age of Covid and virus transmission, I find this to be completely irresponsible.

Fast and efficient service within the appliance department. We were almost dreading buying appliances in person because we didn’t have time to be there for awhile. We walked in we were greeted by David W and immediately he helped us out with 4 major kitchen appliances- we were out in 30 minutes!

I was no fan of Home Depot but was sent by my boss at a gym where I work part time nights. This experience at Home Depot was so much better than my past experiences with Home Depot (Manchester in particular) that it did a great deal of repair on their image and I am very likely to return on my own for the first time in many years. I asked for assistance from 2 reps and was treated respectfully, engaged pleasantly and directed appropriately. My cashier, CAREN, in particular, went above and beyond my expectations and I am very greatful for her assistance!

David W. In the appliance department at Glastonbury Home Depot was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to see that we got everything we wanted in our appliances at the best possible price!

even when you present the employees with what their web site states they just state they do not have the item. simply offering a simply $2.00 discount they just say this is what we have! knowing that all Home Depot employee's can offer $50 off maybe it should be explained to employee's again!

I have come to this store because of the quality of service, the organization of the store and the friendliness of all the staff! It is my favorite store!!

I shop at this location for more than 10 years. The associates are nice and helpful most of the time. The exception is tonight in the paint department with a rude and arrogance individual. I showed him a picture of BEHR Premium Plus Semi-Glass Enamel. It is medium base with No.3400 on the container. I showed the picture i took on my cell phone to him. He insist the paint is not white while it is white. The white paint can be seen dried up on the can side is white! He said this is a color paint and there is a label on the cap. I told him this is just a white paint. He even went as far to say he had 34 years of experience and there is no such paint. Needless to say i browse the paint aisle and found the paint myself. This individual serve no purpose and isn't helpful except making you feel stupid. If you ever come across this individual who claimed he had 34 years of experience please walk away. If he is too lazy to offer any assistance just say it.

Nice of the employees, as there were many of them, but not one asked if I needed assistance to find anything. My husband was in another aisle asking about a product, kept getting thrown back and forth between departments, as each person in the department didn't know what they were responsible for.

Let me start off by saying, i am a female and this isnt my store of choice. I visited this store in Glastonbury earlier this evening. I went in searching specifically for an item. I did not find it on the shelf. Without me even searching for help, a team member named Greg, ran over to assist. While he went to locate the item , i was greeted by assistant store manager derron. He asked if i needed any assistance and was EXTREMELY helpful. They did find the product. I cant BELIEVE how above and beyond they went to help me. I dread going in home stores because i never know where anything is. And i hate, hate, hate to ASK for help. In my case, they helped me and make my shopping trip so smooth. Both members also need to be recognized for their smiling, friendly faces, which AS A SHOPPER, I DONT ALWAYS SEE. BOTH employees helped me and i just hope your store knows what an asset they are. I will be making this my new "home" store and i am a 45 min drive. This home depot definitely WON ME OVER with their kind, helpful GO OUT OF THEIR WAY attitudes. 100 stars for both gentle men

Garden department looks amazing all year, always have friendly and helpful staff and the plants are healthy and gorgeous.

This is my favorite store, freindly staff, great customer service! They always have the product I am looking for at the right price! they always keep the store clean inside and out. I love that they recycle! That is super cool!

I find the staff at the Glastonbury store are always friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I am in the store someone asks if I need assistance and always looks you in the eye and says hello. The store is clean and merchandise is always stocked and available.

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD SERVICE AT GLASTONBURY HOME DEPOT. THE STAFFS GREAT. THE PRO DESK PERSONNEL ARE VERY HELPFUL. JOHN DOES A GREAT JOB ANYTIME I NEED ANYTHING. ALICE IN SERVICE IS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE A CREDIT TO THE STORE. JEFF IN LUMBER HARD WORKER VERY HELPFUL.
