Terrible experience with manager named Brian, I did claim damaged driveway, and nobody takes responsibility for that. I think it might go further with lawsuit. Driveway needs to be power washed and reseal with black sealcoating paint. I have a quote from driveway company, where should I send it ? Please advise, It happened in MAY !!!!!!

The people working in flooring don't seem to like their job had a bad experience the gentleman Dave who helped us Scheduling measure was Amazing unfortunately in next 3 trips i didn't find him and was considering to not proceed with home depot but the Phone sales people are very nice and helpful so i will be dealing with them going forward not going to visit the store for this.

had a few questions on appliances and sale items. Vito was experienced and help me order the right items and explain the delivery options. BEST experience ever.

Leslie M. helped me at checkout and was helpful, pleasant, and helped me save some additional money on promotions. She was the epitome of customer service.

Every time I go to Home Depot the employees are wonderful! All I need to do is look around and someone is available or approaching me to offer help and escort me to what I’m looking for!!!

During my shopping trips to this store all employees have been very helpful in helping me find what I was shopping for. They often would stop what they were doing to walk me to the item I was looking for. Great customer service.

I bought a washer dryer combo electric with installation, when delivered they delivered the gas instead of electric even with the electric hook ups. The delivery drives said they will reschedule with the correct washer and dryer, instead they cancelled order and refunded my money without anyone calling me. I have to wait 3/5 days for my refund which I can't purchase my washer and dryer elsewhere because I don't have another $1500 to dish out.. I paid $500 cash towards the purchase and they said I need to go into the store for that when I arrived the sales person writes up another order, walks me to customer service spoke with the store manager, very rude from the start... advised I need my $500 cash refund and applied to new order, she said WHAT $500 there is no $500 coming to you.... UGH look again I paid $1484 and only getting credit back on my debit card to $984 where is the rest of my money, at that point would not answer and called over another gentleman to help which both very rude...at that point I asked to speak with the store manager she says I am the store manager...WHAT and you cant figure out my refund telling me I had nothing coming back to me, it took them both 15 minutes to figure this out while looking at my order on there screen wow.wow never again. I cancelled my order that the salesperson wrote up again with all that had happened with the wrong delivery I have a store manger telling me I have nothing coming back to me and was very rude...bye..... plenty of stores out there... I have spent a lot of money in this store this year rehabbing my house and have plenty more I need to rehab but will not be returning to home depot because of these 2 rude managers in the store...

Patrick in the door section was great. He was extremely knowledgeable with products and very helpful with my project. He does care about his job. Will definitely find him the next time I have a question or need any type of service in the door department. Thanks again!!

If you have any type of problem. Go to Customer Service counter and ask for Griselda. Outstanding employee who will go Above and Beyond for you. Definitely deserves a Raise.

Plantas for the yard

Patrick from millwork was so amazing! He helped me and my boyfriend with our sliding glass door ordeal and made sure that we left Home Depot happy and with everything we needed. He had so much patience and actually cared!!!

The store was clean, well stocked and employees were very helpful. I didn't have to hunt for a employee to help me, I was taken directly to a product I told them I was looking for, so no wasted time hunting for it.

Dave, the store manager, provided exceptional assistance during my recent visit. Initially seeking help with a trimmer head, I was struggling to reattach it after attempting to respool it. Dave took on the challenge despite encountering difficulties at first. He diligently worked on it, even consulting YouTube videos for guidance. He successfully fixed it, resolving an issue I had been grappling with for a week. Furthermore, when I expressed interest in purchasing a new lawn mower, Dave was more than willing to assist, despite the time already spent helping me. His knowledge of lawn mowers and personalized recommendations made the shopping experience enjoyable and productive. Overall, it was the best customer service experience I've had in a while. Thanks again, Dave, for your immense help!

I brought last week I am so impressed

My wife and I have been going to this home depot for 8 years. We buy stuff from there. Big appliances and little things. The associates there are very friendly and thoughtful and know what they're doing and where to go look for it. Keep up the great work.

I'm just here to say all the employees are always so helpful but Leslie M. is the absolute best!! I come here often and there's never been a time she isn't smiling, cheerful, helpful and 100% genuine. I'm a bartender for a corporation, so I know how important surveys are. Home Depot: whatever y'all pay her isn't enough!!!! 🤣 She's priceless!!

We are renovating our house by ourselves. This Home depot’s employee giving us good ideas and guiding us for all things. Customer service is much better then other stores.
