I worked with Lisa in the door department. She was absolutely amazing. She thought of things I didn't even think of to ensure that I did my due diligence before I purchased my doors. She made the process as easy as possible. Thank you so much Lisa!!!

I went to pick up smoke detectors, bought the wrong ones, returned them - no problem returning one that i had already (neatly) opened - and the clerk was very friendly. In the electrical section, an associate helped me to find the right product quickly and explained why I needed that one and how it should be installed. On another visit, I went to get door locks - having just moved into a vacant house, I also needed a few necessities like hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I didn't expect Home Depot to have all of these things - but I was wrong! I asked one of the cashiers, expecting an automatic "no" but he pointed me to the cleaning section where I got everything I needed - no trip elsewhere required! In the cleaning section, another helpful associated offered assistance, I asked if they could start carrying groceries so I could make them my go-to for everything - unfortunately no plans to carry groceries as of yet.

As always - store is well lit and organized which makes finding items easy, especially when I look on HomeDepot.com first for products, and have aisle and shelf # in my hand. For those times I don't have advance locations, store associates always quickly ask if I need help, and point me in the right location.

The store always appears to be ready to satisfy our needs.

We needed to return something and the store manager was wonderful in helping us through the process. She was attentive and immediately responsive, understanding and fixing the issue right away. The store associates are always helpful no matter how many times my husband has to go in with a warn out part. They are experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store above all the other competitors. We have been shopping in this store for 11 years and they have always had great service. Check out is fast and they are all friendly. It makes shopping at a home improvement store fun.

John in tool Rental goes above and beyond customer service he is truly helpful to customers.

After 4:00 pm, there are no associates available in most of the depts. to help customers answer their questions, or concerns.

Poor customers service in your window covers I left because of no service or lack of knowing what they are doing!!

Great store, clean & organized. Tool rental is in need of some help especially on the weekend long wait but overall I like this store.

I did not catch the name of the associates but on three different occasions I was in the Home Depot store and the assistance I received in regard to planting grass seed and the maintaining of the yard was exceptional. All three associates responded very quickly when they saw that I needed help, were very helpful and friendly. I was able to purchase the products, return home and carry out the instructions that they gave me in order to complete the job.
