Was over charged for the miracle grow garden soil. I had to go back outside to the garden shop and take a picture to prove that I was over charged then go to the customer service for them to refund it to my card. After leaving the store I realized that I had left my phone on the counter and had to go back in to get it. A word of advice is ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.

Every time I go into this particular store no matter the day or night.... everyone is always on best with help and a nice smile...😁 I appreciate the quiet time in the AM in the nursery with the flowers. I usually get there at 7:45 am just to walk the flowers. It encouraged me so that I bought seeds and now grow my own food from the supplies I got there!

Thank you to Jeff in the tree lot ! He definitely made the night for us and started our Holiday Season !! Thank you for your genuine kindness !!! I would go back next year just to see Jeff !

I received excellent service

We went to Home Depot looking for a frame box spring and mattress we haven't received them yet. They're being shipped to the house they should be here tomorrow. The girl that took care of us was great I'm not that good on computers and looking stuff up she helped me find everything quickly efficiently. The lady at the register was very nice she left me knowing all I needed to know about the stuff I bought. I don't remember her name I wish I did but the Glendale stores my favorite store anyway

While working on a project that involves replacing facia/trim and painting this store has had all the items I needed in stock and eager associates to help.

I have been shopping at the Glendale Home Depot for many years close to home , friendly and helpful staff ,well stocked clean , competitive prices thank you very much .

I just wanted assistance with information on purchasing a power drill & someone unlocking the cage it was in. Employees were ignoring us & hanging out. Very frustrating.

Friendliest customer service, you are always greeted and asked if you need help by many employees as you go through isles. Also one of the most clean and organized depot in this city.

Bob went out of his way to find the right plant barrel for me and explained how to prep the barrel before planting flowers. I will look for Bob next time I’m there when I need help.

I think if you pay 2400 for new appliances they should work. I bought from Home Depot in case there was a problem, I would be able to get it fixed, I was so wrong

Glendale Home Depot is our go to place for our home project needs. The store is clean, organized and staff is friendly.

It seems to me, or me maybe it is me, but I sure have a hard time getting help when needing to find an item.

Are usually shop the store whenever is convenient because the store is clean and the staff are confident and helpful and usually easy to be found.

Everything is always and if u cant find it here ur doing the job wrong. Always appreciate the help and always have stock

Never Has What I Need ,,, Or Is Out Of What I'm Looking For

The Ryobi batteries were locked in a cage, which was okay, but when an associate opened the cage, she wouldn’t let me hold the battery so I could read the specs. After spending the thousands at Home Depot, I’m treated like a common thief? I have never been so insulted and humiliated, and I will never shop there again.

i bought 2 dewalt 20 volt powerstack 5 a battery because they where on sale for a great price i had buy 2

The employee that helped me was the older gentleman. I wish I got his name because he was so nice and informative and walked me to all the sections I needed made shopping really easy. This is very rare for Home Depot these days.

I had an issue with delivery that the store manager could have blamed on me, but instead Toryn immediately prioritized a resolution, and Lori worked with him to help speed up his assistance. These two made a great impression on me, and made my day so much better by going beyond my expectations to assist me.

Mike in the apliance dept. Was great. Patient and not pushy. Great friendly guy. Explained the promotions to me. I felt very satisfied.

The employees were eager to help and make sure I was taken care of. The team at this location definitely exceeded expectations when it comes to customer service. The experience was quick and easy. I came in for a ton of items and I was able to get in and out efficiently. If you’re in the area and need supplies, I highly recommend this location.

I was looking for a small size refrigerator and found one exactly like I was looking

Went into store for a ceiling fan and had 2 employees, Jose and Henry, help me. They went above and beyond to help and this was so nice as in the past Customer service lacked in all Home Depot stores. I hope this will be the ""norm" going forward! Also, the check out guy, Bradley, was very nice and helpful as well.
