A huge shout out to Tania who patiently and efficiently got me the items I needed for my shed project. Never have I experienced an employee so focused on the customer. Additionally, other employees (sorry I did not get their names) were equally helpful

I bought a washer at this center. Angela in the washer and refrigerator area was wonderful.

I enjoyed my visit to Home Depot, it was clean and followed Covid precautions. Everything that I went in for was in stock. Can’t thank employee Soseek enough for being extremely helpful and friendly.

I needed help with replacing my Moen shower cartridge and was about to give up and call a plumber. Fortunately, Steve was on the floor and knew exactly the parts and tools I needed and took the time to explain how to replace the cartridge to avoid the pitfalls that might come up. He saved me a lot of money and time.

I came to buy a faucet and lighting fixtures, and after being gaslit by two male employees who didn't think I knew what I wanted, I was subjected to aggressive and threatening political views (by the same two employees). It was quite appalling. I left the store (without any of the things I needed), and will not be back.

After I put my phone number in to sign in as Pro customer, the registers or computer software never gives me a 10 discount for being a military veteran.

Over 20 years bought over $ 100’k worth of appliances, not any more GE brand is garbage, do not waste your $$$

Example: I know I needed a part, material or tool that will do X,Y, Z, but I just do not know what is the name of the material, part or the tool, a conversation with a Home Depot floor agent is always an educated one and always helps me achieved my goal.

Bertha, at self-checkout, has excellent customer service skills which guarantees that I’ll shop at THIS Home Depot again!

John is amazing. Wonderful person to deal with. He has a lot of knowledge and explains everything so well. Very friendly and pleasant.

My favorite employee from Home Depot ever (and I go a lot) is Michelle. She is so sweet, helpful, patient, friendly, and so knowledgeable. Love to see her when I go, it makes my shopping experience much better.

I hate to complain but at this point I have to. First of all I went to the store to purchase a microwave and it took me forever to get someone to help us. I had to ask 3 times and was waiting close to 20 minutes before I was assisted. Purschased the microwave and the attendant said someone would call me the day before delivery with a 4 hour window period. No one called so I called the store. Someone answered then put me on hold to check. After about 25 min a recording came on saying no one was available and hung up on me. I called back later and was transferred to someone who picked up the phone and hung up on me without even saying hello. Called back 2 more time and let the phone ring fir around 10 min each time never getting an answer. I’m sorry but this is horrible customer service. Yourstore needs work!

The best place you can find what ever you need for your job with a good customer service

I frequent this store a lot and there is always someone within every department that can answer questions relating to the trade. Many stores are understaffed, but not this one! Highly recommend.

This is a good and clean Home Depot, stocked with what you'd expect to find at one. Plenty of parking out front, and EZ-navigable location along SFV Rd.

Why doesn’t the cashier ask for an ID when The Home Depot card is used? Suppose the card wasn’t mine or I had lost my card, someone would take an advantage and uses someone’s card.

Burbank Store much better. I try to avoid the Glendale store if possible.

My last visit to the Home Depot on San Fernando Rd, in Glendale, was definitely a pleasant one. All the employees were very kind, helpful and courteous. The quality of service at this store has greatly improved throughout the years. Thank you to all the nice, beautiful people that took care of me. 😊👌🏼

The Burbank store on Flower is much better.

We faced a significant challenge regarding ordering two pallets of gardening material and ensuring timely delivery. Cristina demonstrated remarkable professionalism, efficiently assisting multiple customers while we waited for additional help. Her multitasking abilities and calm demeanor under pressure were truly impressive. A few minutes later, Giselle arrived. Her confident, friendly, and professional demeanor immediately reassured me that we were in good hands. She attentively listened to my concerns, and together with Cristina, they brainstormed and utilized their critical thinking skills to provide a timely and effective solution. Their teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively were refreshing and commendable. Cristina and Giselle's in-depth knowledge of store operations and their dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. Their proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that my needs were met promptly and accurately. If Cristina and Giselle have not been recommended for Employee of the Month, Home Depot is missing the opportunity to highlight these talented and well-informed associates. I’m aware hardware stores get a bad reputation for not having employees available to help you find what you are looking for. I’ve found that approaching most employees at this location kindly and they will reciprocate and go above and beyond to help get you what you need! Shoutout to Delamy, Lissette and Sarah

The customer service from Gabe was unbelievable! Gabe took his time showing me the products I needed to help expand my small business! He assisted in building a prop with PVC. While helping me he helped 6 other customers who had questions. I have a Home Depot where I live in Pasadena and the customer service isn’t great. I’ve shopped at numerous Home Depot’s in California. The manager is doing a great job training. Gabe personality is genuine.

Worst customer service, she was rude, awful can't be this was happening, today HOME DEPOT showed me they treat guest like criminals.... sucked to go here. Gotta find another store

Very nice employees that went out of their way to help. Very cheerful and that made my day because I was tired. They helped me find all I needed and help carry to my car. Thank you Glendale Home Depot!
