I bought a Milwaukee 21” self propelled battery lawnmower less than a year ago. There were problems with the mower and Milwaukee addressed them and fixed them under the warranty after I drove 45 mins from Baltimore to Greenbelt. However, I had to go without a lawnmower for 10 days and was unable to run my lawn service because of it. After getting the mower back, the motor assembly/blades broke off of the unit and Milwaukee was going to make me drive back to the service center again and wait another 10 days to get it repaired. I did not want this ‘lemon’ anymore. And refused to go thru that process again. Luckily cashier Jullian & Robyn stepped up to the plate and took care of business the way it’s supposed to be done. She processed my return immediately and that enabled me to buy a Toro 30” lawn mower from a company that knows how to build quality lawn care tools.

Stocked very well, and had everything needed.

Waiting six weeks and placed several calls only to find out they didn’t file for the permit even though I had paid for it.

Rex we need to bring back the cashiers the way it is now is very confusing and has lots and lots of problems we do not like that there's no interaction with a live person it makes us feel unwanted at that store why is it that you do not want to have people return and spend their money so we are going to cut down on our visits on going to the home depots since they want to cut out the person that makes us feel more loved we haven't found a computer yet that could make us feel like that and when we have questions we have to wait for other people and it seems as though that they don't want to help us we need to have cashier lines so that we're interacting with a live human being if you can make this possible it would surely be appreciated as far as it goes to check out time to have a line to stand in and a person to wait on me talk to me and greet me with a smile makes the world of difference why is it that you do not like money by taking these people away from us You're also taking money out of your own pocket Don't you understand people need other people to make them feel like this is a store that needs our business why is it that you do not want human to human contact it makes no sense to us if you want an improvement bring the cashier's back so that we have a human to human experience it would be surely appreciated

They have friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to find what I was looking for.

I would rather drive to a nice HD location miles away. Only go there in a pinch and I have too.

Everyone I’ve dealt with at the Rosedale store is super kind.

I’ve been to many Home Depot’s were you had to search high and low to find a sales representative to help you. Not at Golden Ring HD. The store is neat & clean & inventory is beautifully displayed. Customer service is top of the line in this Home Depot.

I’ve been going to the golden ring location for over thirty five years . The service has always been excellent .

No one at the door when you enter, no one to help you out with loading and you check yourself out. No need for employees at this store.

Mike in plumbing was very helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered. He was very plesant.

I needed some electrical supplies and the older man helped me get everything I needed

I was helped by Ms Pat Plummer. She is very knowledgeable in all departments. I felt completely confident in her decisions of what my needs were. And any future needs.

The people who pick the orders don't want to do their job. Who ever custom made my door messed up the way the door should swing open.

Staff was friendly and polite. I was able to find what I needed.

Golden Ring Customer Service is always Top Notch! The plumbing section as well as the front customer service desk always goes above and beyond with exceptional service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of plumbing services or home improvement.

Katrinia and Michaela did an exceptional job assisting me to find the appropriate paint and finish for a big project I was doing. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions and went above and beyond.

I went to the store to buy a staple gun and Staples. Four of your employees from different areas did not know how to put Staples in a staple gun or let alone the right ones. A little Mexican guy showed me how he was a customer. This is very sad. I blame this on management and managers not doing their jobs properly. This is a multi-million dollar business. Someone needs to know something. Run it right? You'll get more customers you'll get happy customers people that know what they're doing. Sales associates will keep those customers coming back to you there's a big problem in this store and it needs corporates attention. Please don't ignore this or shove it under a rug

I needed paint for concrete, no idea what I needed. Rhonda at the Home depot in Rosedale was above and beyond helpful! I couldn't be more grateful!

Thank you so much Dawn for the help. Was looking to try a different deck product. What she recommended was amazing and a smoother application than other items I used.

I absolutely love the help I receive from Dawn and Rhonda. They def know their paint. We shop here at least 3 times a week for work.

I went in the store today to buy a few things for a small technical project. My company was working on Tom. The assistant manager you were everything was the two young people at checkout were phenomenal. Not sure they would like their names plastered all over the Internet anyway it’s worth a drive to go here And I live in Lutherville Timonium and that store is gone downhill since the other store manager left and the new and took over highly recommend gold Ring Mall store. It’s the Home Depot old people know what they’re doing and go either way to help you.

I purchased new appliances on this trip and Katrinia was awesome. This is my local branch and I shop here often for a variety of things and my trips aren’t always as pleasant. I came in very late may be about 15 to 20 minutes before closing and she was kind from the very beginning she took her time. Help me find the perfect washer and dryer unit, she did not rush me. She went into every single detail that she could even after my stuff arrive. She gave me pointers and advice when things to check before my delivery people leave and stuff like that she was a great help that night and other employees should take note from her on how to treat customers .
