WHEN I COULDN'T FIND THE TYPE OF MULCH I WAS LOOKING FOR THE GARDEN CENTER SALES ASSOCIATE CALLED ANOTHER ASSOCIATE WHO RETREIVED A PALLET OF THE TYPE I WAS LOOKING FOR FROM A VERY HIGH SHELF AND LOADED IT INTO MY CAR. EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR ONLY PURCHASING 3 BAGS!

I go there all the time but i will seek a new home depot to go to.the service desk and checkout need help.If you dont want to help people dont get a job where you need too.

Our Cashier Jennifer - JAR450 was outstanding. She was waiting on another customer that had gone back into the store to find other items. Instead of having us stand there and wait for the customer in front us to come back to finish their transaction, she checked us out. Jennifer is AWESOME!!!

Got the help of an associate that took me right to where what I wanted was located while another associate was getting my paint order ready.

I was in and out within 10 minutes and when I pulled up to lawn and garden, the associate was readily available to help me load sod into my car. Great customer service at this location.

I noticed a great difference in the store associates compared to last year. All of them were knowledgeable and friendlier than last year at this I time. That means a lot to me who is someone that is not able to always figure out where things are!

This Store Is One Of The Best Stores Around! The Layout Is Great And The Customer Service Is Awesome! However I do wish they had cart pens in the parking lot instead of having people leaving them all over the place. My only complaint would be the location mixed in with all those other useless places that make getting in and out of there a hassle at most times.

I can't help but notice at the enormous amount of energy wasted because ur employees simply don't care to close the huge doors that u have or that u don't have double doors to trap the heat and A/C. It's downright sickening. U have to be passing those losses on to us, the consumer! In some cases, using those ribbon type flaps, at least on the tops of those doors would save u a small fortune on energy. also it seems that enclosing at least a part of the outside garden area would save a lot of energy and would probably pay for itself in a relatively short while

Many thanks and kudos to JOE PIAZZA, Sales Associate in PLUMBING. He's amazing! My basement flooded so I needed a pump. With so many choices I saw online, I called to get advice before buying. Joe advised me over the phone, then again in the store. In person at the store, he remembered our conversation and identified me by name when I talked to him. He has AWESOME customer service skills and a fantastic memory for people and details! He was patient, kind, relatable, and above all, knowledgeable. He wasn't at all condescending -- he explained details in layman's terms, gave me options to purchase pumps at various price-points, and never talked above my head. He answered all my questions, even the ones I asked more than once. For someone like me who doesn't know about these things, he made me feel confident about my purchase and how to solve my problem. The type of pump he advised me to buy was perfect for my needs at the time. Definitely recognize him and give that man a PROMOTION!

I enjoy the store inside out when i go there. A matter a fact I go just to walk around when I'm not looking to purchase anything. A safe and nice place to be. My favorite place next to home.
