I was looking for some high quality socket wrenches - there were absolutely no options in the store, only a single brand was on display. Leaves me think that marketing is desperate to hit sales numbers on this specific product so they took away all the other options. I had to buy a piece as I didn't want to spend more time on this but the experience left me somewhat disappointed. Strategies like these are one of the contributing factors why retail is slowly collapsing.

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot in Goleta - they have a great inventory.

My first on-line purchase- in-store pick up. My associate, Kiara, was friendly and super-fast. I was in and out in no time. Easy, breezy.

Store is very easy to navigate. Finding help can be a little tricky but overall great place for projects.

The store has a good selection of paints and a knowledgeable staff to match any color you throw at them.

The Store is well organized and clean. It is a pleasure to shop there.

I found myself at the Goleta store on Labor Day and the staff was so helpful. Marianne was cheerful as she found several things I needed. She even checked other online products for me. She make my project easier and I left with a smile.

I shopped in the paint department, and was impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the sales associate. And on other occasions, when I shopped in other departments, I had the same positive experience.

I went online and it showed 9 items were in stock. Actually only 4 items available in the store, I wanted 5. I had to order the 5th item I wanted. had to wait 15 days for the 5th item to come in. NO ONE ever called me to update me on when item would be available. I had to call multiple times to get updates. no one seems to know where the 'will call' items are kept. When I called in, if no one answered the will call/special services phone, which was often, I think my call was automatically sent to another dept. A woman answered, I did not hear her say 'appliances', I told her I was trying to reach will call to see if all of my items were in. she rudely responded " and what do you want me to do about it? this is appliances!" The ONLY person who KNEW what she was doing, was very nice,and helpful was a woman MM in will call. YOU are awesome!

I knew the few things I needed from he store but wasn't sure where to find them, or if they would have even been available. But, with the help of the first employeee I saw I was in and out the store faster than I could have ever hoped!

The lack of associate availability and willingness to help created my experience to be horrible. I will not return to this store.

Poor check out service twenty customers waiting one cashier. Also poor lighting in store, very dim.

Devin, the hand power tool associate, was phenomenal. He knew circular saws extremely well and recommended a model that was best for my particular needs, versus selling me something much more expensive that was above my needs or skill level. He made the shopping experience positive.

Very succinct; A great selection of tools and supplies. I am student at Santa Barbara City College studying to become a contractor in construction and landscape design--Home Depot is one of the main stores I go to whenever I need something, and is very much one of my "fun stores" to go to. Thanks for being a great store!

The store signs directed me to where I wanted to find my product. However, upon check out a simple printer jam turned into a twenty minute long delay of associates trying to work around getting me a new copy of my receipt. They ended up just returning and repurchasing the item I came for.

The sales associate was knowlegeable and took the time to show me how to repair the cable. He ended up repairing it. Thank you!

Shopping easy due to the layout of the store. Staff is helpful and professional

I bought 43 cases of laminated floor,7 rolls of underliment, plus other things. not everything fit in my pick up so i have to make two trips, when I came back for the second trip it took me more then 10 minutes to get some help. my stuff were by the cashier but the main toll door was locked, I ask a couple of guys that were cleaning and stacking up construction materials about my situation, they did not pay attention to me, ignore me. they tome well, take ur stuff , i said but u need to open the door when they open it they did not offer me any help to load up, my laminated flooring were in a pallet so I had to tell them again to help me to get the pallet out of the store

I tried to arrange to purchase 30 4.5" herb plants, rather common varieties that I found on the shelf. After 2 visits to the store and a phone call, I was told that my plants would be available on the day I requested. When I arrived at the store midday on a Saturday, 2 of the five varieties I ordered were unavailable. I was told to return the following day and they should be in stock. I arrived at about 7:30 am and there still were no rosemary plants, (one of the plants I had ordered). I was very frustrated and shared my experience with an employee in the garden department. It turned out she is the head cashier and listened carefully and thoughtfully, and apologized for the unfavorable experience I had encountered. She told me to have the cashier contact her when I was checking out and she gave me a generous discount on my entire order. I really appreciated her doing what she could to make up for the difficulty I had in ordering the herbs, after all, it really should't be that hard to order 30 plants from a major store like Home Depot, with 2 weeks notice.

Always enjoy visits to HD. I could spend hours walking around planning future projects. On this visit I purchased orchid bark, pots & planting mix. Didn't need help because it was easy to find. Cashier, Lynda, was very friendly.

Walked in and asked an associate where to find florescent light bars and he took us right to them.

The store was clean and bright. There seems to be plenty of associates but they are only specialists in their department. Items are often out of stock which makes it hard to get all the items you need to complete your project. For example, I needed 5 led walkway light bulbs and the store only had 1, the same as 2 weeks before.

Store was well lighted and servicing agents were helpful

When you come around the corner to ask a store associate for help, they all scatter as soon as they see you coming.

The person who assisted with the self-checkout was really sweet. I had a lot of difficulty finding what I needed in the store. It seems as though HD has cut back on the number of personnel available to help customers in the store. This is a real shame. The plumbing "specialist" directed me multiple times to the wrong aisle. I purchased a nice-looking Glacier Bay faucet, only to discover when I got it home that the hoses that come with it are incredibly short. I had to return to the store to purchase extensions. I was told by the plumbing specialist that HD does not carry the extension hose. I went through the stock very carefully and eventually found one. Extremely disappointed with HD.
