Bought a storm door set up for curbside pickup. After waiting 15 minutes, I get a message saying curbside is only available from 12:00-6:00 pm. It was 11:56. Went inside to find nobody at the customer service desk. Went back to my truck, now it's 12:00. I check in again and wait another 15 minutes, so I called. Finally got my door after about 45 minutes total.

I purchased about $3000 worth of kitchen and bathroom supplies last month. I have yet to receive some of the items and the customer service rep that I've spoken with seemed like she couldn't care less whether I received the items in time for the remodel that is quickly approaching...

My garage is made up of complete Husky Cabinets and Husky toolboxes and lots of ryobi tools I use everyday,

took time to get someone to help us, she was in a rush, basically said I have to make you an appointment for a estimate. She did not pay attention to the color we wanted and was a synthetic material. when estimates arrived, they only did granite and marble, $46.00 a square foot, we had picked out $23.00 a square foot, we were dumb, that did not exist......so we are seeking other estimates.

Every order I have placed through the store has had a horrible issue. None of my orderswere ever ready. I would have to go and pull them myself once I got on site I would not have someone with me because I had expected it to already be pulled and bundled trying to get away from shopping there altogether so far have been able to do it

I went into the store to purchase ply wood and there was no lumber associate available and Quin saw me struggling with the ply wood she put her gloves on and jumped into action to help me with no hesitation Thanks Quin you’re awesome!

The people need to be more no more about the section there in and can answer the person‘s questions right off, not have to look on the computer and if a customer ask for receipt or an item that they’re fixing to purchase and wanna show the person that’s going to install it they should be able to show them a invoice

We went to the store to purchase a new washer machine. The staff was very helpful and made this process very easy. This store is always organized and clean as well.

When I entered the store I was met by Trace Reeves. She helped me find what I needed and took the time to help me sign up on The Home Depot app. Thanks Tracey Reeves!!!!!

Website showed 28 of item I needed in stock Naturally the shelf was empty and could not find any help at all.

Rarely do I enter the store and leave unhappy. Everything I need is usually there. And, if it isn't, an employee suggests alternatives.

I like the atmosphere these ladies create every time I stop by to purchase stuff I need, they genuinely make you feel welcomed and graceful to buy at this location, they're the best

Hard to find help locating items. SLOW checkout with the self checkout but you can’t self checkout nonsense. Checking out has become frustrating and slow. HD management needs a change.

Horrible store in every way possible. Its worth your time to visit the locally owned hardware stores in the area.

If you ever get the chance, you have got to look out for Tamara. She is the best employee that Home Depot has ever seen.

This shopping experience was much better compared to other home improvement stores because when I was having trouble at another store, Tara came to my rescue and assisted me in placing an order from Home Depot. Her 17 years of experience working at Home Depot made me feel more comfortable and assured of a smooth process.

I went in to buy some gardening supplies and pay my credit card bill. The people both at the service counter and the checkout counter were so eager to help. They worked fast and with a smile. Truly a great experience.

I came in and out the store without a hassle. Many employees came to help me and It was greatly appreciated.
