Great Store. Always looks nice and neat. However leaving the parking lot and trying to turn left is almost impossible. Installing a light at exit would be helpful

Keep Trudy there she a people person. She went and got me something to eat and drink, because she ask how can I help you. I told I just needed something until I go to lunch. she went and got me something and rung it up to. She very helpful. I continual shopping.

TRUDY IS THE BOMB FOR YOUR STORE SHE GOES OUT THE WAY FOR HER CUSTOMERS. SHE WENT OUT HER WAY TO ASK ME HOW CAN SHE HELP ME, AND SHE FOUND WHAT I NEEDED. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK, SHE ALSO RUNG ME UP.

I will always come back to this store,because this lady name Trudy she give great customers service. She just ring me up she went and got me a chest freeze on a cart, and she ask me how I was doing, and what project I was working on. I told her I will be working on my whole house soon.

My husband and I were very impressed that the lady at the return counter was very helpful and persistent in fixing out problem and fulfilling our request. We will shop there more often.

Home depot has had sufficient amount of materials/supplies available. They also have had enough employees to service the Gonzales, LA location since the flooding in our area. In every department there is an knowledgeable employee ready to answer a question or help you find what you are looking for. I like it !!

Cashiers are very nice and also tell you everything going on and do there job in a timely manner. Just feel that every register should be open when very busy

Just really good people doing their job. last week has been stressful for everyone in south Louisiana due to flooding , but these people helping as many as they can with the best attitude. we have to remember as we shop in these stores that they to have been impacted by the flood waters and you and I are not the only ones in the store that they are helping. I needed help with the comparison of a tool but the associate was not knowledgeable about the product type or other options available.

I have always had a good experience at Home Depot. Unlike other stores the clerks seemed anxious to assist me. There were never cluttered aisles that made it difficult to get around, which was important since my wife was in a wheelchair. Overall my experiences at Home Depot were very satisfactory.
