Prices are much lower comparatively with Lowes. The sales associates are very helpful and even help loading your stocks in the lot. There is an excellent variety of brand name products and parts components for those products. The store has a wide range of outdoor items inclusive of UTV items.

Mr. Sam Kenny was outstanding in assisting with the loading of my products. He was very polite and courteous. Also, Ms. Bonita was VERY friendly and knowledgeable about my product. Both employees delivered on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Change the NO TIPPING POLICY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was out looking for plants with my father. He found exactly what he wanted to pick up on the weekend.

IF YOU HAVE A STORE CREDIT GIVEN TO YOU MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I WAS GIVEN ONE AND TRUSTED THEM. I GOT MESSED OVER $31.00. IT COULD BE WORST BEWARE PLEASE DONT LET WHAT HAPPENED TO ME HAPPEN TO YOU.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a decent selection in power tools, but would like more options in woodworking tools. There was only 1 option for a full size table saw.

I go to this store often because of the service and it happens to be the closest to where I live. The friendly service begins when you walk into the store. There is a young lady named xxxxxx there most times and she sets the stage and the others follow. Someone always asks if you need assistance, maybe it's because I am old and look like I need help, but I surely appreciate it. Not many places provide this kind or customer service any more.

If you're looking for friendly associates to help with you building needs, this is the place to go! The associate that helped us was Richie -- He was extremely knowledgable and patient in helping to understand our needs and ensure we left satisfied with our products! The store was very clean but there were a few cluttered aisles. We'll definitely be back!

Very please when i go to home depot all ways find what i need.

The store was clean and was able to navigate through the aisles to get to what I needed but just didnt recieve the assistance from the associates that I needed. I was in the paint department trying to find a paint and this young female was standing there talking to another associate. Another older gentleman came over and she immediately went over to assist him without hesitation,so I left the store and went to another store in the area to purchase my paint products.

The store was in order, items stacked safely and neatly. Makes looking simple.

I was very satisfied with the store and its associates. My issue was with the item location listed on the website. I went into the store thinking that I could walk straight to the item I wanted but that was not to be. The listed location was not even in the correct department. Thanks to the friendly associates who helped me I got what I was looking for and the rest of my visit at this store went smoothly.

The store was very clean. Easily found the products I was looking for and was able to check out quickly. The item was clearly priced and an example was set up for me to view. I could easily reach the item on the shelf to speed up the buying process.

The Gonzales store is always clean and the aisles are normally clear and easy to push your shopping cart through. The only exceptions to this is when the associates are restocking and then the aisle is blocked off. This does not present a problem however, as an associate will readily get whatever you need. My husband and I enjoy our shopping trips to our local Home Depot.

I am able to find everything that I need at this store and on occasion when I do need help there is always someone there to assist me, the guys in the lumber department are always wanting to help me load my purchases. The people that work at the contractors desk are just awesome!!
