I went to purchase the following items last night due to the availability & price, so when I got to the store, the associate in the customer service area was very prompt in calling for an associate to help us in locating the lawn mower that was not in the aisle with other mowers as it indicated there were 6 in stock. They treated us as though they valued us as a customer, very friendly, and more than willing to help us in a timely manner to get what we came to purchase. They appeared to be grateful for us to have choosen their store & it was extremely appreciated to know that we finally found the sales associates who were more than willing to help serve us. I highly recommend this store and only wish I would have gotten the names of the employees (there were 3 separate employees that helped us) names so that they could be recognized for their assistance with us as customers.

I like the location but inventory control has kept me from shopping there more often.

Landscaping on my project was easy with all the needed materials at Home Depot South off 360 and camp wisdom in Grand Prairie

Access to store more convenient even though its farther to get to! Check out staff a plus !!

Immediately upon entering the store we were warmly greeted by the Asst. Mgr. (Gregory Bradley). He helped us unload our old water heater, shop for a new one, checked us out at the register and helped us load the new water heater. It was the best customer service I’ve seen anywhere! He made us feel very welcomed and appreciated.

I love me some Home Deoot. I wouldn’t go anywhere else…

Rigid multi tool, great product, fast and accurate.

My last purchase was quick and painless. Clerk put my heavy purchase in my cart (small refrigerstor), stayed through purchase and put it in my vehicle. Check out clerk was very courteous and helpful. Very happy with my purchase.

When you go into this location good luck locating an employee amd once you good luck getting help from them. It comes across as if you are bothering them.

Need more people to help customers with home improvement projects and questions about how to do projects

I was trying to buy some electrical accessories for outside use. I asked the associate if that product was made for outside use or for the inside use only. He said I had to ask the electrician who was going to install it

Needed to order an item and Noah in the appliance section was super knowledgeable and helpful.

We were helped by Verlene Cooper. We made a major purchase of 4 new appliances. She was very patient and showed and told us about each appliance. We will go back to this store because we have had good customer service.

Ms. Jameshia & Ms. Rea were wonderful. They made my experience wonderful. I went in for zip tape and it had no price. Was on a sales rack with several zip tape with no price. They had to call lumber to figure it out and was told a high price, but they knew that wasn't right, so they did more research and made more calls and got the right price which was $50 cheaper than what was initially quoted. I appreciate they saved me time and money by making sure I was charged the right price.

Hermeglinda is always friendly and great to interact with! You can tell she cares about the customer because she always makes sure I have everything I need on my trips to Home Depot!

The last visit to Home Depot, the employee who help me pick out a washer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to mention her name, she was Verlene. Home Depot #8517 Grand Prairie should be very lucky to have such an employee.

If you are looking for great customer service this is not the store!!!!

Usually have a great shopping experience here. Most cashiers are friendly sometimes it’s the management or supervisors that don’t greet or seem helpful sometimes they seem too busy to be bothered. Denise is usually an exception she almost always greets , assist or gets someone to assist.

We went in to buy a new tool bag and with the large selection had a hard time deciding between a few and Olga was able to help us out on finding the right one.

Went to do a refund, told it would have to be cash, not put back on my card. Tried to explain to cashier I paid with a card, she raised her voice at me, accused me of sticking the receipt in her face, and smelled of alcohol.

Verlene works in the appliance area and is hands down the Best! She knows her stuff and is just the sweetest!
