Dave was very helpful in assisting in what was needed for outside door trim that hadn’t been primed when it was done before & paint was bubbling & peeling.

I'm currently remodeling a basement area into a storage/kitchen space. Everything I need is at the Depot! From studs to electrical boxes, insulation to ceiling grid & tiles, flooring to cabinets (love that hickory finish) . This will now be the Home Depot room. No doubt. Still working on it! I'll be back at my Home Depot for sure!

Always have what I need

We special ordered a window from Home Depot/Milgard and it doesn’t work after we installed yet. We haven’t gotten anybody to call us back from Home Depot or Milgard.

This whirlpool 20.5 cubic ft. Model wrt311fzdb refrigerator has more space than my last model. Nice LED lighting. It runs quiet and the pricing was very good.

Don't trust the online Inventory just go to the store.

Had to go in buy a few things for the house. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was able to find everything I needed

The staff was very helpful helping me loading my carts, in fact they loaded 170 cedar fence boards onto my cart off of a bunk that they had to bring in while I was loading another cart with 2x4x8 lumber

I started buying the item's for a refresh look in our kitchen. All is going good, except with the counter top person. VERY rude.

I needed to find a refrigerator for my mom and Rodney answered all of my questions. He also helped me navigate through the process with ease.

Most employees seem too busy to help or avoid contact with customers. Download the app if you wanna find stuff quick. If you need tech help, go to Ace.

The employees are nice and they try to help you as best as they can and if that person can't then they get someone who knows what you need

Ross is the best …. He is courteous friendly and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond for us. He is your best employee, and Home Depot should commend him for giving us great customer service. We bought flooring and paid for it. We could only take 1/2 of it. So another employee pulled the other half of it, pulling the wrong one. We had to bring it back. We live 87 miles from Great falls. And we drive on icy slick roads to exchange it. Ross made it easy for us.

I’ve been going to this HD since it opened, mainly because it’s less than a mile from my house. The personnel working at customer service, the checkout stations, and the paint counter are friendly when greeting and are always eager to help. Wish I could say the same when you encounter people walking the aisles. Usually when you ask for assistance they act like you are bothering them and act in a very gruff manner when andwering a question about the location of an item. Not all are like this, but some are.

Every time I have a project I head to Great Falls Home Depot. They always have what I need, or, can order it for me-free

The people I dealt with in Customer Service in Store #3103 Great Falls were very helpful. Especially was an employee by the first name of Tawnia.

I wasn't happy that I had to drive 25 miles into Great Falls to complete the transaction.

Shoppers be aware! Home Depot's new anti-theft policy, according to the associate that I encountered on Nov. 9th, is to follow you up to the (self) checkout counter and make sure that you pay for any items that are locked up, i.e. tools. They will stand there by you until your purchase clears.

Pickup app was not working properly. Long wait. Had to go into store to get my order. Short staffed in Customer Service, so had to wait there also. Two staff members "helping" at self-checkout. Could have been working in Customer Service. Poor use of personnel!! Poor management!

Ordered a couple items, on line, for my outdoor fire pit. The delivery was fast !! I am happy with the service I have gotten. Been shopping at this store for over 13 years.

I so appreciated the excellent guidance and expertise given by Home Depot kitchen and bath employee, Loren. He was patient and really listened to what I was envisioning for a bathroom and kitchen remodel. His ease of use on the design program and knowledge of HD products built the trust needed for this major purchase.

I was greeted by Beverly as i was looking for a refrigerator. I needed one i could take home that day as ours just crapped out. She was very helpful. Showed me pictures and confirmed measurements and talked me into extended warranty. Great service.

I needed help finding a replacement drawer pull, for a non standard drawer in an RV. The associates at the Great Falls Home Depot were very helpful and got me what I needed.

So I ordered a simple Aluminum Porch Railing a month ago. It was supposed to arrive in 8 days. When it came in it was missing the 2 required house attached brackets. So they were re-ordered as a kit. When they finally arrived there was only one of them!! The HD order person thought each kit contained 2 parts one for the top rail and one for bottom rail. That was not the case. So They re-ordered again (this was the the 3rd order/re-order for me) and was told it would be another 11 days for the second kit to come in. The way it has turned out my Home Depot Credit Card statement will be due before my porch railing ever gets to home Depot let alone my installing it. Also the lag bolts required for installation were to big and those had to be returned as well. This has turned into a Circus and it is not funny any more!!!

Loren in kitchen design is the best and helped me navigate the kitchen cabinet and countertop process and purchase. He went above and beyond answering questions with his incredible knowledge and patience.
