I like coming here because I know where a lot of things are. Associates are easy to find and are very helpful The cashier that helped me today was very friendly.

What I needed was easy to find. The cashier was enthusiastic and accurate. The prices weren't bad considering our local. And I truly appreciate the military discount! Your survey website is a pain

We stopped to order our kitchen cabinets. She had all the plans printed for us to review. After a small change, we ordered the cabinets. Very easy to work with and we will probably be ordering countertops in the future.

Howard went above and beyond to help me with my shopping tonight. Thanks to his efforts I left the store with the necessary product to complete my job. This gentleman made my shopping experience fantastic. Thank you!!

Living in Central Montana I either travel to Billings or Great Falls usually when I need something for a DIY project I go to Home Depot. So this week I went to Great Falls Home Depot and was very pleased with the professionalism that was shown to me by your employees. I would not get that at another Home Depot it seems like The great fall store takes more pride in their job and their work ethics I truly appreciate all the help that was given to me thank you Great Falls Home Depot. From Keying Watch the same to help me drop plans for a deck, it was a great experience I appreciate your employees.

The associates are always so helpful there. I have on several occasions had an associate actually help me from department to department with my whole shopping list. They are always so helpful!

Shelves were stocked with items that I needed. Made my selections, paid and went home to work!!

Store was clean and all associates were helpful. There were quite a few isles that were blocked for safety of fork lifts. That was slightly frustrating.

Sales Associates very helpful in finding items in store. Very nice that they offered to help load items into our vehicle. Home Depot has excellent customer service and fair prices. Items are well stocked on shelves. Larger items are ordered and delivered quickly.

The associates made up for the cluttered aisles, dirt and trash. They were extremely helpful and nice.

We drive 150 miles to visit Great Falls and the Home Depot. We have always had great service and have always had very friendly associates help us when we needed it. We purchased most of the building supplies needed to add a garage and 2 rooms to our house. We also purchased plants and supplies in the spring and a washer and dryer. Anytime we needed these types of supplies, we would go to the Home Depot in Great Falls because of the great service and the low cost. The Home Depot also gives a 10% discount to Veterans and my husband is a Retired Veteran of the Army and I am a Veteran of the Air Force. We always recommend the Home Depot to our friends.

I enjoy shopping at this store but was disappointed that it did not stock the Ryobi jig saw blades for my brand new jig saw. I bought some other name brand but they did not stay on my saw and 2 of the store associates did not know why this store did not stock the Ryobi blades or what else would fit. I ordered the jig saw blades on line but it is senseless not to have them in stock when u sell Ryobi power tools. I still enjoy shopping here.

I found everything I needed quickly with the help of the associates. The associates were very willing to help, friendly and cheerful. I will continue to shop at this Home Depot location.

Overall the trip to Home Depot was a lot easier than expected very friendly associates and helpful! I travel 100 miles to get to Great falls Home Depot and I am very happy with the professional attitude and atmosphere.

Martha was very much of help. She provided me information on which type of paint would be best to use within certain locations of my renters home. The checkout was very fast and reasonable. Hollie who was the cashier was very friendly and checked to make sure that I had everything that I would have needed including my stir sticks which I somehow always forget whenever i leave the checkout.

Help was very available and helpful. Better help than most other stores

Every time I visit Home Depot, even if I know exactly what I want, I feel I have to look around the store to see what else there is to see....like a kid in a candy store. I have always enjoyed my visits to Home Depot . The employees are friendly and helpful when needed. The selection is great. That's what keeps me coming back to Home Depot.

The Great Falls Home Depot is very clean and organized. They have plenty of friendly associates to assist you and you can find everything you need for home and garden in one convenient place!

I was shopping for plastic irrigation system parts. I had to search several aisles because the parts are in two different locations unrelated to each other. This was making my visit frustrating. When I got to the checkout, Dillon was extremely helpful and courteous and because of his personable interaction, I felt much better about the store visit. Thank you Dillon!
