I love shopping in our Home Depot. I enjoy walking the isles to see what is new, especially in the Spring. The clerks are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They are always willing to scan for an item that is out of stock.

It was a great experience at the store. The associates were awesome. We found everything we needed and at a great price.

Associates have no knowledge of store, would rather be visiting with each other or in taking their lunch before helping customers. An answer to your question depends on which associate you talk to. If you talk to more than one associate, you get more than one answer. Trying to get a true answer or a legitimate reason is impossible with the associates at this store!!!!

Couldn't find anyone to help - was ignored and avoided by the few sales associates that passed me. Product knowledge was lacking, no assistance from any store employee in loading a six foot, very heavy, awkward patio door, and was not made to feel like a valued and appreciated customer.

Found what I needed quickly and was helped in every way by friendly staff.

Store associates do not know what is in the store. They also do not know black from brown and always seem in a hurry or that you are bothering them when assistance is needed. Every time we have gotten something there, we have had to return it. Do not take their word for how long an order will arrive. It won't be there but will take an extra 2 weeks and then you will be lucky to know if and when it did arrive. In short, stay away from this store!!!!

Our Home Depot is wonderful, my entire family loves shopping there. We always get what we need and most of the time at a really good price. The people that work there are always helpful and if they don't know what to do for us they will find someone who does. Also really appreciate the fact that they let me bring my dogs with me without a hassle

The sales lady was very helpful in explaining the features of the different microwave ovens on display. She was very efficient in getting someone to get the one we selected from the aisle where they were stored and provided the cart for getting it to our car.

9 times out of 10 I always find what I need at Home Depot and if not I find someone to help me - this is where I shop for home, garden needs

Everyone I talked to was friendly and very helpful. The young lady that checked me out, made my day, all smiles, great attitude.

The Assoiciate in the building department is very knowledgeable about concrete for ponds and Resurfacing them.

I went to Home Depot to look at plants and building supplies with summer approaching. Before going to Home Depot, I went to Lowes to check out prices. I compared prices, availability, and attitude. I was please to be back in Home Depot. The associates really do treat you like family. The concerns of the associate in helping me the correct item to begin or complete my projects were top priority. The store was organized well and the associates were very friendly and helpful. The brand choice was diverse and I was able to find everything I needed on my list for a competitive price. Additionally the store proudly offered a discount for military veterans.

The casjer was great and very friendly. Would visit again just to deal with her again. Other associates are not nearly as helpful and knowledgeable. Went to another Home Depot and received better help from other accosiates. I do realize that not every store will be the same but considering I am also in customer service, store associates should always be willing to help and not give the customer the shove off.

I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent as was the selection of merchandise. The associates were very helpful and also very polite.

I recently purchased patio furniture from Home Depot and my experience from the time I walked into the store, purchased my furniture, made arrangements for delivery and received my items at home was outstanding! As a recent widow it was necessary that my furniture be assembled and delivered. I was assured right from the beginning that there was no problem with that requirement. In addition the sales person was very helpful in selecting the furniture I liked and even suggested additional items I had not thought of originally. The service desk person was accurate with the order and wore a smile while helping me. I was also pleased in that the delivery was handled the next day after my purchase so I could enjoy it while the weather was still nice. A strong "thank you" to the two delivery gentlemen. They were both so friendly and had a smile the whole time they were there. I noticed that evening that one piece was missing and called the store the next day. The issue was handled immediately and again the delivery service men were happy and helpful. It is always a pleasure to do business with pleasant employees of a company. It shows that they enjoy their job and the company they are working for. I will definitely make Home Depot my "go to" store for additional purchases. Thank you for your great customer service.

The store was clean. The items I was looking for were easily found. It took a little longer than I expected to find an associate but; once I found one I found the perfect one for me. Terry, was so helpful and very much encouraging me to make the decision on my own yet with his help. Then Tabby checked out my purchases. She had a fabulous attitude. She was the one who urged me to take this survey.

We had gotten our product in our cart and ran into an associate in the isle. He saw what we had purchased and got excited for us, because he had just put down this same flooring. He told us how to do it and little hints about it. That was awesome for us because we have never done it before. Thank you so much for being so helpful to us that day!

We were able get all of the material for our Deck project in the store, all stocked. The associate in the lumber department and the hardware department were very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to provide assistance. This is the best Home Depot!

This store is very busy yet the store associates are all very friendly and make you feel as though they are happy to see you. I also got some great prices on plants and seeds for my garden this year. Some were priced at $3.69 but were on sale for $2.00. It is always a huge surprise to get a good deal. I love this store.

went on line to see what was new as far as interior lighting was concerned choice a beautiful lamp for my wife that was the plus then I tried to find bulbs for it that took sometime but I did get assistance from a young lady that worked at the store she had no idea what type bulb this lamp took but she used all her resources even went on the internet call for help then took it upon herself to find the correct bulb she finally did after searching all interior lighting category she found the bulbs and I was glad that they were in stock at great falls home depot thanks for all the help.

I wish Home Depot would stop putting so much stuff in the aisles. It looks so cluttered and it is hard to maneuver especially when the store is busy. Please clean it up.

I did not request any assistance with items I was looking for because everything is easy to fine once u have been there a few times. I was asked from the cashier if I needed help loading my sheetrock and she help me until another person came and he assisted me loading my supplies.

ONE ASSOC. THOUGHT THE TOMATOES WERE INSIDE. THEY WERE OUTSIDE. ANOTHER ASSOC. HELPED ME FIND THEM. CHECKOUT GIRL HELPED WITH MY VA DISCOUNT. A NEW EMPLOYEE HELPED ME FIND THE WEED-B-GONE AND TOOK THE TIME TO DISCUSS VARIOUS PRODUCTS.
