I have had so many great experiences at this store! It's nice when an employee asks if you need any help!! Sam, was instrumental in helping with supplies for our Lake Ave. high school students exploring life skill paths, and helping me locate those items in the store.

Three days in a row I attempted to buy grub killer that the store website showed as available and three days in a row after telling the information desk the bay was empty they failed to have it filled which on the third day resulted in me going to another store.

Able to answer all questions and guided me to the correct hardware needed to complete my project

Delroy our sales associate was very helpful kind and knowledgeable. A great employee that truly likes to help people with their project.

Purchase 7panels and 12 4x4 wood posts about 4 weeks ago. I made sure to pick out the good ones based on other reviews. At first I was extremely happy with the purchase but now I’m in the process of installing and the posts and some of the pickets are already starting to bow. The panels are held together by some thin boards and aren’t even close to a 2x4. Crossing my fingers and hope the fence last a few years without any issues. I would return it but haven’t to lugging these panels back to the store isn’t worth it to me. Additionally the gentlemen that helped me load weren’t very helpful. One helped and struggled while the other just watched.

Home Depot is the usual hardware store I visit when I need something. When I was in the parking lot leaving, I was pushing an empty cart to the corral. An employee was walking in my direction with a cart as well and I motioned to give him my cart. He literally walked right past me with the cart and left the cart against a handicap sign and proceeded to walk over to the shed area. I was blown away that he walked right past me with a cart and then proceeded to put the cart he was pushing away improperly. The cart could have easily hit someone’s car. I always leave reviews and usually always am positive but I was just shocked that I was incredulously ignored. Overall, the store is clean and items are easy to find.

Got what we needed while being accosted by a white male employee in the broom aisle yesterday that was interesting at least.

I love this home depot it is close to my home. Always has stock of what i need. Staff is always helpful if needed. Store is always clean

stayed away for long times cause the place was terrible . now it is new and improved . maybe they put new management cause the employees are more polite and very helpfull . good job

The store, itself is fine, but the introduction of only being able to use self-checkout is a terrible feature. Otherwise I would give the store a 5-star rating. I cannot recommend a store that has only self-checkouts.

Delivery service is terrible

This is our second Kitchen upgrade with Bevin and first with Mario. They are wonderful to work with and really take the time to efficiently walk us through our needs.

This home depot has gone down hill. It was never this bad. Now I will drive 30 minutes just so I don't have to shop at this location.

Over the last two months, we have had several appointments with Bevin in kitchen design as well as Mario helping out with a pantry. To top it off revisited Bevin again for a bathroom remodel! Excellent employees who take their time and always with a smile! It’s so nice to see employees who truly love what they do, are educated in the field and do their jobs well! I have mostly given up on Customer service in other stores, but they have renewed my faith! Thank you again!! I will have to add photos when this entire home renovation is completed! A word to management: keep these two employees happy, they are making you a ton of money!!! 🙂 They need employer recognition for their attention to detail & exceptional customer relations! Another company would probably love to scoop them up!

We stopped in the Greece, NY Home Depot on Black Friday to look at Washer and Dryers. Victor met us with a smile and assisted throughout the time we were there. We needed to go home and check the space measurements. When we returned about 15 minutes later he was returning from a break and greeted as pleasantly as before. He completed the sale and we walked away feeling very satisfied as customers. Thank you Victor for a job well done.

We had help getting furnance filters that were up very high from a kind employee. A second employee help us select the proper smoke alarm.

Extremely unhappy with the customer service here, they seem to disappear quite often. Now the store only has self check out and the store videos while your checking out, totally unacceptable to be videoed, where does my video go. Have 3/4 employees standing at self check out watching customers while customers need help in the isles. I'll go local for now on. Enough of the big box and their bs.

I don’t mind self check out at all. Employee at self check out yesterday didn’t help at all. She was more concerned about telling the manager the scanner was gone at the station I went to than helping me get another lane since all were used and there was a line of people. I asked 3 times for help and she apologized and told me to wait for another lane and walked away

I had the pleasure of working at this Home Depot for close to a year they make it hard, not wanting to come back as a business owner. I have problems. I need to solve quickly every time I step foot in this Home Depot with an issue or a problem at my home or whatever it may be I come With the problem or issue and sometimes with not a lot of details and somehow with whatever employee I go to with that certain realm of knowledge they always seem to find me a solution. This Home Depot is probably the best Home Depot to go to all around. I’ve been in a different county and wouldn’t go to that Home Depot that was five minutes away from me. I drove 55 minutes out of my way to go to my Home Depot in Greece, which is 10 minutes from my house , so I can talk to my Home Depot people and get their help. This store needs to be recognized. They make the job cheaper less expensive. They don’t let me go out of my realm of buying outside of what I need. The best deals the best features of appliances to make the purchases smooth , they make my stress level very low. I will never buy an appliance paint hardware tools, anywhere else but Home Depot they make me feel respected for my service too as a combat veteran that’s fully retired and a business owner. I will always spend my money here soon I’m doing vinyl fencing, and I’ve already talked to a couple of the specialist there and I’m going to be doing it myself with the help of the Home Depot very much Easy to do. I have broaden my education because of this Home Depot, the employees have taught me things to make my home safer. I’m actually close with a couple of the employees there I know them by name. They know me my face and name and they already know that I have a problem because I look and lost and they asked me a question and they find me a solution so I feel as if the grease Home Depot definitely needs to be recognized and deserves 1000 reviews and 1005 star reviews makes me wanna go back to work for them

with the self / assisted cash registers closed you really need more than 1 cashier. I was number 8 out of 12 in line.

There was a sale on ryobi batteries get a roybi tool free. The tool I wanted was out of stock. The manager Jane was awesome. She substituted a similar tool and made me a very happy customer. I've always shopped here for this reason. The people there are wonderful. Many thanks.

I was in search of a Milwaukee m18 tool on special with none to be found in the store. Michelle would not accept that . She took my cell # and continued to search for the item .She called when she found it !
