The store was well laid out, items easy to locate and staff nearby if you needed assistance. Checkout person very friendly and thanked us for shopping.

I especially appreciate the kind words the Cashier had regarding my Military Service. I also appreciate Home Depot's 10% Military Discount! Your associates are always Knowledgeable friendly and helpful when asked!

There was plenty of polite help if needed. Checkout was quick and there was help if i needed to load up my material.

I've never done any type of house project, especially landscaping. The first attempt to even landscape at our house was a complete failure so we decided to go to the store. When we arrived, we stopped at the garden area first to find something to kill all the weeds around the front door entrance. A little woman guided us to Round Up which worked extremely well and made shovel a ton easier. After that, we found some super cute pots to replant some orchids inside a few other plants outside, with the help of a few different people.

The chashier was so nice and helpful. She was such I kind girl and just had the most amazing spirit. She made the experience wonderful

Stopped by to pick up some shelf brackets. Was not interested in the fancy ones just need some inexpensive ones for a book shelf for my Daughter. I asked the associate if they still made the gray ones. He said yes follow me. He lead me to them and I was able to purchase exactly what I went in there for.

I went into the Greenfield store looking for a miter saw and a nail gun Teresa in the hardware dept. found me and helped...actually she did more than that. My husband bought a air compressor kit with 2 nail guns and a staple gun. I have always been familiar with battery power tools and the air compressor intimidated me a bit. Teresa helped me find a saw with in my budget, then when I told her about the nail gun situation, she actually showed me how to use my air compressor and gun. She told me if I had any problems to call the store, ask for her and she would walk me through it. In the last 10 years of going to Home Depot I have never had anyone help me as much as Teresa did today. She was informative and knowledgeable about all the tools I asked about and looked at. Thank you so much for all your help today Teresa! I look forward to having your help in the future, Home Depot should be thrilled to have you on their team!

I went there for one thing but found it easily. I was able to get in and out without any trouble. The product I bought I found to be a little pricey but overall the quality was good.
