Today Hannah was very patient as I couldn't locate the receipt for a return and we went through a few of my cards before finding the right one. I bought a refrigerator and they made the process so easy. After I was able to browse on my own I found the perfect one. Amy did a wonderful job being patient with me and I was done with the purchase after 10 minutes.

I went to the Greenfield store to pick up a refrigerator my wife had purchased and there was a mixup in some of the paperwork, basically a computer glitch. The staff member who helped me by the name of Vichy Along with other members that were there with her went way and beyond to fix the problem so I could pick up my item. Very satisfied great experience. Really have never had a problem in the store at all

The employees go above and beyond to help you. Yesterday one spent hours with me explaining the particulars of blinds, making comparisons and helping me fill out the credit card application. I always find their restroom clean also. Shop this store.

Not happy!!! Not happy at all!! Went Friday to order a ZTR and they said it would be ready Monday. Went in Monday and no one knew anything!!!!!! Poor - poor service. The cashier was clueless most of the time. She never even checked to see if the ZTR had been put together!! I bought one anyway and out of the blue she says it will be delivered Next Monday from Greenwood Home Depot!! Almost cancelled the order!!! Now I have to wait an extra week when my grass is growing like crazy!!!!!

Today the team i had helping me was amazing fast friendly and helpfull made my shopping a lot easer
