I like this convenience store in my area. I am in this shopping mall every week and always stop by Home Depot. I buy everything in this location. It's always easy to get an assistance in this location. Associates always friendly and helpful and answer all my questions. Store is clean and very organized. I visited this Saturday and it was ready for the coming holidays. Thanks.

Took me 20 minutes to get the wood I needed due to the aisle being closed for a forklift outside. The employee I asked about wood told me pressure treated pine was cedar (he didn't work in lumber). There was no tag on one of the fence panels so I couldn't figure out what kind of wood it was. I had to Servicestand in line for 10 minutes due to a card issue with the lady in front of me, to find out I had to go to the other end of the store for a possible will call. Service desk lady seemed rude and not at all customer friendly huffing and rolling her eyes. There was no cheer in her game. Matt the guy that helped me load the wood into my car was the only helpful and customer oriented person I dealt with that day. Great job Matt.

I bought an Ego mower a few years ago but only used it 4-5 times as I was too busy to mow myself and paid a landscaper. Now that I have time to mow, the mowert appears to need a new belt. On the phone I was told that such mowers are repaired on site. When I brought my mower in, I was told it had to be sent to Atlanta for evaluation and repairs and that would take 6-8 weeks. I was not offered a loaner or even advised where I could rent a mower for the 6-8 weeks my grass would continue to need mowing. Four days later, I received a call saying that the paperwork the clerk had filled out for my repair was not in order and that I would have to drive across the County again to redo it. Given that, I resume that my mower will not be returned to me within the original 6-8 weeks. So, be forewarned about buying Ego mowers from Home Depot. You might only have the use of them during the winter months.

The store is easy to shop. It's in a great location and every employee is respectful and helpful.

I continue to shop at this Home Depot due to the staff they have. Joseph at cashier is a knowledgeable gentlemen. If I ask for assistance on the floor, a store representative will generally take me to the exact location to find my item.

associates were helpful and had great attitudes, made me feel at home. however the store seemed a little short handed. a call for assistance needed to be made at the paint desk, and the tile area, however help came quickly, i wasn't expecting to see assistant managers doing regular associate jobs, especially when there wasn't a line of people ahead of me in both cases. Out of the 4 or 5 Home depots i shop at in the Greenville, Simpsonville area, the Woodruff road store is definatly a cut above the others and most enjoyable to shop, not withstanding all the road construction going on over there.

Employees were helpful in finding stuff and cashier Joseph was very quick and friendly.

This Home Depot is one of the best in the upstate and I have visited every one of them Anderson Greenville and Spartanburg. They are knowledgeable and very willing to help. It would be helpful if contractor Services was open on Saturday. I don't know too many contractors that aren't working 6 days a week minimum. Keep up the good work.

I've expressed my views and opinions regarding the Woodruff Store and it;s employees and store manager. It is a great store to shop at, the employees are knowledgeable, friendly and offer great customer service, The store manager Chris, can always be found in and around the store for added assistance and resolutions of any problems you may have. I recently went to a competitor's store because of a item that I couldn't find at Home Depot, and later had a issue. I requested a store manager and after waiting 20 minutes and still not seeing a manager or having my situation resolved, I left the store feeling unappreciated as a valued customer and swore that I would never support that store again. This situation would never had happened at the Woodruff store so, this is why it is critical to have and retain great managerial leadership of your company/organization. Chris, keep up the great work.

Great customer service! Not once did they seem annoyed while trying to help me navigate through such a big store! I'm sure it gets tedious sometimes.

Okay, so first off, I am a huge Home Depot fan. I come here for everything from ceiling lights to floor panels, and each time I am welcomed by a warm staff who is always there to help. I love that the place always reeks of wood. It really makes my allergy's act up and that just makes me the happiest person in the world. It basically means that I get to take Nyquil all day and night and basically feel like I'm on cloud nine without taking extremities. Life is great. Go home dePOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
