Having a construction company that covers the DFW metroplex makes visits to Home Depot a daily occurrence for our company. Our in house rule is that all of our crews must purchase their items at the Greenville Location prior to heading out for the day. Reasons: employee knowledge of products, availability of the products we need and use on the daily, a pro desk that is equipped to handle our orders efficiently and effectively every time. And mostly the management team: Patrick, Jeannie, Daniel, Cynthia, Shanna and every other one! They go out of their way to make sure that every single time that I am in there it was worth it. The Greenville Management team has by far the strongest presence of any that we visit in the Metroplex. They are on the floor interacting and assisting customers and employees continuously letting you know that your choice to shop at Greenville Home Depot is more than appreciated.

Returned an item and picked up a shipped item. Haley was great!

I bought a fridge here a few months ago and it has held up very well. The employee that checked me out was Shannon. She was a lovely lady and was very amazing. She was very nice and asked me how my day was and even offered my kids candy.

I bought a GE 30 in 5.0cu ft. Gas Range with self-cleaning Convection Oven and Air Fry in Stainless Steel I love it and I'm very happy with my purchase excellent stove.

I received excellent customer service from Carrie at The Home Depot in Greenville, TX. Her positive attitude was infectious! You could’ve experienced 10 people with a bad attitudes before seeing Carrie, but her attitude would make you forget the 10 previous.

The Home Depot in Greenville is THE best home improvement store. Whether shopping garden or power tools, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I don't feel ignored/frustrated when I shop this Home Depot and there is always someone nearby to help with questions or suggestions.

I had a couple of problems with stock and an online order. Mary and the other lady at the service desk on the morning of 9-22-22 went above and beyond the requirements of great customer service. They made sure that the purchase was going to meet my needs and expectations and not just try to sell me something. They were very knowledgable of the products and provided needed answers. Thank you Greenville Texas store for hiring quality people like Mary and the other lady whose name I cant remember at the Service Desk.

This store has the staff ready to help. you cant turn a corner without seeing one of the Orange bibs. It was a relief to get the direction I needed and I didn't have to search the store for help. I will be back.

We always have great customer service at the Greenville Home Depot.

Greenville Home Depot is my home store for shopping. The staff at this store goes out of their way from greeting you at the front door to making sure you find everything that you are looking for. The management team at this store works hand in hand with me as a contractor ensuring that the products I use regularly are available. Each one of them when on the floor takes the time to spend a few minutes to speak with me and see how I am doing and if there is anything that they can do for me and my business. That level of personalization is what keeps me coming back here on the daily.

When we visited Home Depot in Greenville TX on July 5 the customer service was superb. As we waited for an answer on a question we were asked by at least 2 employees if there was any way they could help us. Other home improvement stores do everything they can to avoid even speaking to a customer.

I was shopping for paint for my house and had looked at another store before checking Home Depot online to see what they have. I was pleasantly surprised that Home Depot had a better quality brand of paint at a cheaper price. The employee in the paint department was very nice and knew the answer to every question that I asked, was very nice and quickly got everything I needed. I will be going back for other items as I need them.

I would rather drive someone else then visit this location. Very few employees are nice and knowledgeable. One cashier tried to over charge us on wood that we were purchasing because “that’s the closest thing I can find in our system”. Wood is expensive and we searched hard to find exactly what we need within our budget. Sorry Mindie C., it was only a few more button for you to click on to save us $5 per panel.

The people that work at this Homedepot make it a better experience than most.
