Steve in Appliances (Washer and Dryer) assisted me with obtaining a leveling tool for a clothes washer. His assistance was greatly appreciated. Because of him I will definitely shop Home Depot Again.

These employees really care about their jobs and the way they take care of their customers. I known in the world we live in that if a person has a bad experience they tell several people but if someone has a good experience they tell no one, they expect it that don't make sense. Greenwood is a great store but there a reason for that please past it on to the employees for they are what makes home depot a GREAT PLACE TO SHOP

Cynthia in the Garden Center was a huge help in a frustrating situation. I greatly appreciated her perseverance in helping me find my product and in telling me about a plant special the supplier was offering.

This store is so well managed. Always stocked and clean, always has cashiers at the registers, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. We have other Home Improvement stores closer to us, but much prefer this store.

Do not like the self checkouts!!!!

Call in the Millwork section for Windows and Doors was very helpful understanding cordial and friendly without his assistance I probably would not have bought windows from Home Depot after the terrible bad experience Home Depot installation with the salesperson of Bart to did nothing good and never followed up on anything

This store was unable to make the correct referral for installation of an appliance. It was a big hassle to deal with. Don't need the headache.

If you need a home appliance, then stop in the Greenwood Indiana Home Depot and see Mike.

service desk, young gentleman. very nice and sweet. I come in about 3 times a week and he is always helping with a smile on his face. and good jokes. funny kid

I have had an incredible experience since using the Greenwood Indiana store. I have called and the gentleman actually walked back to Garden Center to ensure there were plenty bags (I needed 30) of mulch in stock. He even came back on the phone to let me know he had not forgotten me but was stopped by a customer for help. I wish I knew his name. When I drove the 50 minute drive, I was pleased to find the information I was given was correct and then had even a better experience with getting the bags of mulch into my car. Linda W (checkout), Susan & Jessica (Service & Desk) ROCK! I am happy I opened my business account with HD. Great place to shop!

This store has excellent customer service every time I shop there. I have purchased everything from plants to paint to blinds for every window in our new home.

The associates at this store are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. I visit this store regularly and each time I’m treated in the exact same manner. I highly recommend this location.

We were concerned about finding an appliance since all the appliance stores have disappeared, but when we got to Home Depot, right away someone asked if we needed help. He did not work in the area, but located the sales rep who was working with another customer, to let him know we needed his assistance when he was done. He then came back to let us know the rep was working with someone else and would be with us as soon as he was finished. It took 5-6 minutes and he was able to answer our questions, provide additional information about the different brands and complete our purchase, with scheduled delivery. Knowledgeable, friendly and at a good price. Very happy with Home Depot.

The store employees were very helpful and the store takes care of military and veterans.

The associates didn't seem to want to assist us- took 6 employees 2 of which we were told were "managers" to get us somewhat taken care of... if you want to call it that. Thankfully they had a girl named Jessica I ran into, on the second day total of 5 hours already spent at Home Depot, when I was about ready to loose my mind that actually cared and helped me until I was ready to leave. She should be a manager! Unable to do math (measurements correctly- if I wasn't paying attention would have received 543 sq ft of flooring for a job that was 358 sq ft), still received a lot of excess that since it was cut (yes that means paid for) is unable to be returned and when they tell you items are in stock that is NOT always the case. Started shopping at Home Depot because I wanted to be a valued customer, which I didn't feel that way at Lowe's and now I am wondering if stores even know that Customer Service is any longer?

The employees here are always friendly! I enjoy browsing the kitchen and appliances section and talking with Victoria and Ed. They were so helpful, even though I wasn't ready to purchase just yet. We're planning on building a house in the near future and like to keep up to date on the "newest and best"!
