I came in to get some polyurethane for my steps because the letters was coming off my Buckeye steps I had painted and I put letters on my steps to give it a great look and this young man greeted me and told me what he thought how this would work and he is right and thank you

I am a home haunter who spends around $1000 every year on Halloween props. I was specifically interested in purchasing a 3’ mini inferno this year. Since they are not sold online and I live three hours away from my nearest HD, I called the Grove City, Ohio location and talked with Deb. Deb went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to purchase the mini and a corpse skeleton, as well as some other items. She called me three times to keep me posted on when the inferno would be available and to let me know that one was being held at the service desk in my name. Because I live so far away, I get to speak with the staff every year at this time and, every year, they come through for me! Deb and the other personnel at this location are always friendly, helpful, courteous, and responsive. Major kudos to the staff at Grove City. And major kudos to the HD staff who create such cool Halloween props. Thanks to HD for reaching out to home Haunters via Facebook and X and for inviting Facebook HD Halloween group admins to media days. As a home haunter, I appreciate that your company has become a leader in producing well-made, cost effective props that will bring screams for years to come.

I was able to go to store 3889 and buy an item for full price at self check out on receipt H882005816230 and then return it at store 6954 using a restocking method I found from a group called Frugal season on Twitter. Look up Rios on Twitter! I got my money back, and then rebought at the clearance price of $41 instead of $549 on receipt WCY140507133561. Proof it works attached!

Love this red mulch. Keeps it's color for a whole year. Very cost effective !

The Vigoro mulch is a rich red and keeps its color. It smells fresh too. Be nice if the garden department gate was open early and loaders were available.

Within past 3-4 weeks, the computer system in the Garden Center froze up with many people waiting. Designated staff at opposite end of property was summoned to "fix". Frustrated, I was not alone is pushing my full shopping cart back thru the store to checkout in what turned out to be ONLY self checkout. Too frustrating for ti's 76 year old lady. I'm done with your inadequate computer system. Shame on Home Depot !

Nice store, but I won't go back until they turn on their under cabinet lights in some bins. I CANT SEE to read labels or find items. They say its for a fire hazard consideration. Why would I go to a home supply store that cannot even figure out how to wire their aisles safely for lighting? What's that say about their credibility with everything?

I'm happy with my patio set that I bought a year ago.

Surprisingly the young people at Home Depot today were models of professionalism knowledge and great customer service all the people I connected with were probably in their 20s and they acted like true professionals, courteous and kind and they seem to know their departments. Well thanks for making my day.

1 Mis-quoted stock by an employee who didn't even look it up. 2. Cashier rang out the wrong item. 3. Loading employee disappeared for 30 minutes each time he discovered an error listed above. 4. Customer service either couldn't or did want to find a manger when I had to go to them to the errors. Visit should have taken 5 minutes, I finally left after an 1.5 hours.

Initially thus order was supposed to be here Thursday, it got bumped to Friday which does not work with my life schedule so had to do a delivery today Saturday. This was a delivery that did not have all the materials listed delivered that was purchased. The delivery photo does not show the 2 pieces of pvc trim or the 2x4's or the shower that was supposed to be delivered via box truck today. I called THD Customer Solutions and they ensured me that today 4/21/2025 between 2pm-6pm I would receive the rest of the order. At 4:15 today, I received a text and email stating the delivery will not be made today. I am now out my Easter weekend as well as my time,,money, and professional resources needed to finish the project. In the past I have never had any issues with this store.

While shopping, I walked past an older woman who was asking for information. One of your employees dismissed her abruptly by saying, "that's not my department!" and walked away. Busy or not, that's nice way to treat a customer.

The Home Depot staff in Grove City are exceptional and friendly all the time. We spend money where we feel safe, seen, and valued.

Brittnay was very attentive to us when she saw us browsing through the kitchen cabinet area & took the time to show us what they had to offer. We sat with her for awhile & got a preliminary design put together. We subsequently had two more appointments with her and came up with what we believe to be our perfect kitchen.

Employees did a great job of assisting with carpet and padding and explained several different options. We tweaked our original quote and they handled all of the contacts and assisted with scheduling for installation. Very good experience!

My husband and I went in store to purchase a new dryer. Autumn ( there were actually 2 employees named autumn) but Autumn whose title was design consultant helped us and she was fantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Made the buying experience as quick and easy as possible. Highly recommend grove city home depot. Thanks for the help Autumn!

I shop here at least twice a month

Everyone is helpful and if they don't know they will get someone who can help you. Seem to have anything you could want. Love shopping there.

This store approved a fraudulent purchase of over $400 in the store (not online) with my credit card number. My credit card was hacked and the store clerk allowed a stranger to make a purchase for $410 without them having the physical card. They only had the credit card number and no ID, yet the store approved it and now I have a whole nightmare situation to deal with. Thanks a lot Home Depot. Do better.

The store should be closed by the fire marshal. Aisles blocked with pallets, cardboard merchandise set in the way making traversing an aisle impossible for two carts next to each other. Moveable stairs left in aisles with no way around them. Shopping is no longer an option because you become the blockage when you are stopped. You’ve lost your way.

Because HD is more concerned about the well being of Criminals, us Good Folk - now have to have things unlocked out of cages and carried (because we can't be trusted to do it) to the register. The fact that people think this is normal or acceptable is part of the issue.

I bought some LifeProof flooring and it was on sale ,great price and it's one of the best vinyl plank flooring, and I've laid several other brands

A employee helped me with a can of foam to fill in a few openings around an outside light. He was very helpful that's why I will go back again when I need to purchase something!

Cashier acted like I was an inconvenience to her and there was no hello or thank you….. like I wasn’t even there.
