I bought an Anderson screen door that was advertised for $184, but when I checked out I was charged $209. I brought this to the attention of an associate, who removed the price tag and agreed that door I purchased was directly behind the display model that said $184. When the associate checked the sku on the tag, however, she said that the store could not honor the price because the item I purchased was different than the item referenced on the tag. The tag was for an Anderson 200 series, 3/4 light storm door, which is what I purchased. Sounds exactly the same to me and I had to pull the display door open to purchase the door that cost $209. Go figure.

I bought this a month ago and i'm so happy that I did.

Absolutely fantastic store with knowledgeable staff. Every question or concern I have with a home improvement I complete- this store is able to accommodate. Really excellent! I recently completed a large project on my home and looked at the work to be done. I was able to complete a bunch of it myself, thanks to the products offered at Home Depot and the recommendations from their staff. I can’t thank you enough. My family saved (we estimate) at least $10,000

The kid changing the garage offered to help me lift my purchase and the woman who answered the phone and checked me out over the phone was fantastic

Every bathroom medicine cabinet I purchased was missing shelves. I called the 800 number and they told me I had to return it back to the store. I had placed the orders online for curbside pickup. The rep at the 800 number told me I’ll get a discount for the inconvenience but when I returned to the store I was not offered a discount. The lady at the return desk was very unfriendly and appeared as if she did not want to do her job. It was in the evening on the weekend that she is there.

I purchased a item not in stock and to be delivered to my home with customer service. Received a call few hours later item is not in stock ( why did i ordered it at customer service? ) and item will be canceled by the way you have to return to the store to be refunded back to your card. I never seen this before.

Store personal was kind and effective to address an issue we had with defective items

I’ve always had the best working with Home Depot for most of my total home renovation. Hackettstown is my favorite Home Depot. I’m spilt distance wise between Hackettstown and Phillipsburg I choose Hackettstowns home town feel!

The paint department and the sales person named Patrick is exceptional.

It’s a great store with friendly staff. Very patient also helping to train my German Shepherd’s.

Fairly new to the area but they seem to have everything we need. Store is nice and clean and all assoicates friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have been customers of this tire for years, but most frequently since we bought our house two years ago. This store has a great selection of items, and staff is always willing to help!

Do not ever try to engage a home depot employee nothing but issues

This is the one store I know that I can walk into, no matter if I'm in Hackettstown, Secaucus, or Parsippany, and know that even if I don't find what I'm looking for, I'm going to be buying something that makes the trip completely worth it. During my pipefitting apprenticeship, I think I was sent to Home Depot over 100 times in my first year. Highly recommend this specific location, the people are extremely friendly, and every time I need something for landscaping or a new pair of channel locks, they have me covered.

If I could have found what I needed at this location I would probably have been happy with it but you can’t find anything in stock. Or at least the associate can’t find where it was put.

Customer Service staff should like working with the public. This store leaves a bad taste in my mouth everyone I have to interact with support staff.

Always has great deals. They almost always has stock on deals. Not just say they do always my go to store when i need something for repairs.

I was at the Hackettstown Home Depot to purchase a floor fan. I was concerned about how difficult it would be to assemble. Well, Bill Schwarz, an Home Depot Pro Account Associate said that he would assemble the fan for me. In less then 10 minutes he presented me with the assembled fan! I was just so pleased and happy with his serivce.

Love shopping at this Home Depot. Associates are very helpful and friendly and they have a full supply of items available. Anytime I needed extra help the managers are ready, willing and able to help. Been shopping here for 18 years!

The two Mansfield, New Jersey Home Depot agents respectively per my plumbing and gardening/landscape equipment needs were not only a practical encouragement but an inspiration for this old man.
